Both Russ and Eugene were great guys and fun to work with and Olga was perfect for helping us pick out the most beautiful models for each window. The home looks great!

The follow-up inspection revealed from Igor as Project Meneger in all vinyl windows have been done professionally. All Windows energy efficient and we are very happy with Canadian Choice. The installation group were very professional and did a great job. Even though there were some delays due to Covid the company came through with flying colors. The windows are excellent and we are very happy with this product. I highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows.
R	Robert Hurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales call was quick and efficient and I was duly impressed. Then came the installation. We had a front and back door replaced by them and also a screen door installed. Front door trim came in the wrong color, did not match the door, they offered to replace, took 2 1/2 weeks to do so. We are renovating the house so the did not have to install any mouldings on the inside of the house, so instead of trimming the spray foam used too fill the gaps, they just left it so it all need to be trimmed down from its expansion. Lastly they installed a screen door, the screen door does not closed properly there is a 1/8 inch gap on the latch side. The installer complained it was not one of their doors, so that was the problem even though the sales person said we should just get one from Home Depot as they were having stock problems on their screen doors. Lastly the company just contacted us today to say the can send out the installer again to fix the screen door but it would cost a minimum of $80. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are probably fine if you live a new build home so they can just pop out and old door and pop in a new one but if any "professionalism" is required, they will not be able to do so. Recommend by Bryan Baeumler - I have no idea why! Well they responded to our review with lies, our sales rep new from when we placed the order we would be buying a new screen door for them to install. It was even our sales rep how suggested we purchase one from Home Depot as they were having supply issues. Now the claim it was because it was a new door they had problems installing it - should not a brand new door be easier to install - go figure.
J	Jessica Heath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve had windows installed on two separate occasions, our first being a couple of years ago (right after Covid hit) then just recently. Both experiences have led to opposite results. I get that supply is challenging to obtain with everything going on right now, but competent installation helps. Last time our installers were detail oriented and very professional. This time, (another crew) broke 2 of the panes resulting in added weeks of wait time for completion of our project. They also left glass on our patio and significantly dented a wall in a bedroom without a word of acknowledgement, much less an apology. Customer service has also been very poor-I have had them hung up on me on two occasions after putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes (funny how once it happened just as the clock struck 5 pm) with no call backs. And when you do get through to someone they just have this tone resignation about your situation. Our first experience being so great we couldn’t wait to change out more windows with them. I can’t say the same at all about our second round of windows, I’ll never go with them again. “Leave it to Bryan” Bryan Baeumler should not endorse these people!
