★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with GreenFox Windows. From the initial contact with Vlad, who went above and beyond to explain the process and negotiate a good price, to the installation of two windows. The workers were on time, professional, did a great job in a timely manner and left the area very clean. Although we had a slight issue with our blinds not fitting into the inside window frame as the frame was 1/4 inch too narrow and therefore had to be trimmed. Vlad was very accommodating and agreed to reimburse the cost of cutting the blinds to fit the window frame. The office staff were very friendly and helpful from day one. Needless to say we were impressed with our experience with this company, they are very reliable and we would highly recommend Green Fox Windows and Doors.

So many businesses these past 2 years have had supply chain issues that impact timelines however the team at GreenFox set realistic expectations upfront and communicated with me through the entire process. I am very pleased with the process and final installation, very professional! I will definitely use them again for all my window and door needs. Highly recommend they be considered when shopping for window and doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole process from start to finish was very professional. They came to do the estimate and had mentioned a few things that other installers had missed. I was impressed with Kirill, the sales rep who was assigned to my job. He was able to inform me not only of new egress requirements for bedrooms, but also awning style windows for kitchens that provide better venting. Other installers only tried to find me the cheapest price and didn't take time to inform me of these things. The installers came and were very kind and quick, they even performed a final inspection later to ensure there were no issues and reordered some stickers for me to help with rebates. Thank you greenfox for the wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is outstanding, I had 11 window installs estimate my 5 windows. Hands down Green Fox was very competitive on the quality of the material and outstanding on pricing. The installers were very experienced and respectful of our home. The real question is, was I happy! Heck YES ?. I will be using them again this summer to replace another window. Care from a company is when they send an inspector to check the windows and operation of them. Great job from the estimator to the quality and performance inspector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Greenfox. We've used them on two separate occasions. They were professional, provided outstanding reliable service, communicated well from every department from the sales rep, to scheduling, to installation, to inspection and even brought us a box of chocolates to say thank you. Their prices were competitive and also were willing to work with us on price negotiation, and every person I dealt with was friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, and provided the solution we needed. A couple windows had small issues after installation, so they had a scheduler and technician respond quickly and solve the problems efficiently. The windows are made in Ontario and the quality is excellent. We can no longer hear traffic noise and the house is noticeably warmer in winter. Highly recommend them!!

The installation team arrived as scheduled, installed the doors in the time allotted and cleaned up afterwards. From the sales to the final inspection, all went well. I highly recommend GreenFox and have no hesitation to use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson was fantastic to deal with, as were installers. It only took half a day for 7 windows to be installed, and they answered all my questions I had about the state of my current windows and the new windows.
The only improvement I would suggest is for admin to limit to 1-2 follow up email or text asking for a survey, outside of the quality control visit.

their prices were reasonable, they had a good selection of items. they were able to save and reuse the original wood molding and the window was replaced and installed in less than a day. I am happy with the service provided and I will be using Green Fox Windows again for future projects.
