I asked him about investment options too, to which he said “I’ll answer that question down the road when you have money to invest.” Little did he know I had a million dollars I was looking to invest that day….I took it elsewhere and never looked back. This place seriously underestimates young people.

He's helped me set up my life insurance, investment, etc. He is very informative, professional, helpful, respectful, you name it. He answers all the questions I have without judgment, even the stupid questions, he answers them lol. He even assisted me when I became unemployed for a few months that he put a stop on my life insurance payment. Very amazing advisor! I'm very grateful to have him as my financial advisor

I live outside of Canada and Deon is now saying, years after I’ve moved away, that she can no longer speak to me while out of the country. No explanation why or advice on what to do (probably bc they are still making money off my investments). I can’t get a hold of anyone to withdraw my money so now it’s just stuck there. The service over the years has been terrible and it’s incredibly unnerving that no one will speak to me when the time has come to take my money back. They are untrustworthy and so unhelpful.
