★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by the Dyson Demo Store in Chinook Mall to look at replacing my dyson vacuum cleaner. I was only intending to browse and do some research online on what model I was going to purchase next. Erica was unbelievable and helped answer all my questions and spent as much as I needed to feel comfortable about my purchase. I ended up buying a replacement on the spot just because of Erica. If anyone is looking to stop by this store I recommend asking for her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not about the Demo store but rather the Dyson Cordless vacuums. We have a corded Dyson that works as expected for the price. Two years 2 monoths ago picked up a cordless vacuum just for the Kitchen area. Around the 2 year mark there was a noticable decline in the battery. Now, it doesn't last 2 minutes. Called support to see if there was something we did, or could do to improve the performance. Nothing, we were told the life expectancy of the battery is 2 - 3 years. He asked us if we'd like to buy a new vacuum with 20% off... another $650 vaccum for the next 2 years. Uhhh -no. Then he asked if we wanted to buy a new battery for $150 (with 20%), Uhmmm - resounding NO!, so then he offered 40% off. Effectively a new battery for $120. No! Any cordless anything that costs as much as a Dyson and it won't last 2 years - fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afetr 2 years the cordless vacuum cleaner broke. They took the unit for repair and said the unit was broken because of "improper maintenance" annd cant be replaced or repaired. Stay away from their products and better buy corded units from other brands.

They answered every single question I had thoroughly and once I finished my purchase, Sean also brought everything that I bought straight to my vehicle. I wish every store had the customer service that these 3 employees offered!!
