★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my very first time visiting a Salon in a very long time but the very first to see a professional. I got a trim and color and I love it!. I have never felt more confidence than before. The cut was amazing and it looked fabulous. I was shocked and astonished to see how it turned out which was wonderful! I never have been excited about a new style. Thank you for all your hard work. You guys are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a keratin treatment on my elbow length virgin naturally strait hair. She gave me a strait perm . My hair was orange and actually longer as she stretches it out with a rounded brush . I am devastated and have lost at least two thirds of my hair. Now it breaks and gets in tangles like crazy.
I think the worst part is everyone around me noting and asking me things like " how am I feeling" and " you look a little tired' I look like a slouch when really I'm fighting dreadlocks if I go two hours without combing it. I can't wear hoodies cause it's a knotted mess in minutes.
I will never know why that horrible woman did this and another watched at the end but I have made steps to try and fix my hair which unfortunately when the blue molecule and cutical are annihilated there really is only masking.
If I had money I would and could easily sue but the emotional damage is beyond.
Shame on this place

My question is how would they claim this from a public reveiw? How ? I have the transaction as I paid with my card. 400 dollars. I strongly recommend this place as a hack and a fake .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a simple pretty bob and had shown the stylist exactly what I wanted only for him to butcher my hair into some mullet style chopped up 'do and completely disregard my request. Pretty unhappy with his attitude and service, and he overcharged me for something hideous and unwanted to boot. Never coming back to this place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very sorry to say that I used this salon. I visited whilst on holiday and I think they assumed I wouldn't notice the quality. My hair is very average, shoulder length and I asked for a few highlights and trim. I wish they had of been honest and said no one was trained to perform the task, as they butchered my hair. The color was not performed correctly and the trim was used with clearly blunt scissors. I can only assume the lady completing my hair was about to quit her job and decided to just destroy one last clients hair. devastated. I can be contacted for photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my last review.. I wish there was a loyalty program for product as the prices fluctuate in an extreme fashion at this salon. I understand inflation and current events but when you are a regular and buy multiple items at a time, it would be nice to be recognized and appreciated for that. To take customer service up a notch to customer excellence..you'll attract more customers that way, whom will also stay loyal and spread the word.
1 product can range from $20-$28 in a few months time.
