Not only were they able to replace and upgrade my lost phone but at the end of the day my montly bill with being going down by $10-20/month, I got an otterbox, wireless charger, screen protector with warranty, car mount and car charger all for $65 which was all that I had to pay today in total. Thanks you guys! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into this store to look for a new phone/plan with my wife. Jayson was the representative that helped us and his customer service was excellent.
He was genuinely interested in helping us find the best phone/plan for us and was very knowledgeable. He explained all our options and everything thoroughly so there were no surprises, and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile to accommodate for our requests/preferences by calling other branches to find the phone we were looking for which they were out of stock on and talking with his manager to provide us the best deal on plans.
We were there until near closing time since we came after work near the end of the day and I'm sure he wanted to go home after a long day but he helped us until the very end without rushing us and with a positive attitude which we appreciated. We were very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him.best Fido store

I went online and upgraded and was able to go in to the store and have it in hand before 6pm the same day. Chris helped me at the store and made the transition to a new phone simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandeep Jason and Sid was really awesome the customer service they give us was way beyond what is expected. They are very helpful, patience and answer all our questions sincerely and truthfully. I love how the team work and support each other to give a good customer satisfaction. Because of that my husband and I decided to switch from Rogers to Fido and we also end up buying a new apple 12 pro that day even though it is not on our plan to buy, but because we are satisfied with the customer service and they answer all our questions we were happy to buy the apple 12 pro. The customer service was one of the best customer service we experienced so far. Thank you again to team and to Fido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible horrid service provider. Promised me a month of free service and lied. First two bills were over $450 for two lines that are only supposed to be $45 per line. Still haven’t paid me back for that or free month. I absolutely hate Canadian service providers with a passion. Terrible service, scam artists and thieves . New flash: It’s not hard to dig a trench and put some cables in it. I wish American service providers can come here one day this is just terrible horrible service and they know how proper sustainable network engineering works because they invented it.. talk about disrespect for the ones that gave you something to build from. And this is supposed to be one of the more affordable providers.
