The staff helped to ensure all the stuff I need off my old phone transferred properly to my new phone. What really impressed me was how they went out of their way to go through the details of my previous contract and recommend ways to save with my new contract.
This location understands how to make a consumer feel welcome and valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole team at Chinook was fabulous! I was at the Southcentre Bell store yesterday, and left within 30 minutes after lackluster service. I was promised a call the next day with an update on stock of the phone I was looking for in the city.
My son and I went to Chinook today (after calling to verify stock) and were instantly helped by a new associate who was working his first shift and Austin (from the downtown core location) who both went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and offer services that best suited our needs.
I'm sure I will not receive a call back from the Southcentre location, and in the future I will drive the 10 minutes further to go to the team that made my experience so seamless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my first in this Kiosk. I wanted to change my phone. I knew that I wanted more storage, bigger phone, better camera. The service I received was trouble free and was handled professionally. The staff Danish and Pouya worked as a team. They made my experience very pleasant and informative. My old phone was still in excellent condition, I just wanted a bigger phone with more ability. Danish went out of his way to give me a good deal and service. He threw in some bonus gift. Pouya finished the transaction and provide a pleasant conversation while we wait for the transfer. He was very kind, friendly and made sure I understood the process. The whole thing was pleasant and smooth. I rarely ever give a 5 star rating, but these two gentlemen deserved it. They we’re very courteous, good customer service and efficient. Danish is the manager and he worked well with guiding and directing his staff. I have been with Bell for many years and this is at first that I have received a smooth n pleasant service. Thank You.
