★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and service is great here. The manager Will is personable and makes everything run smoothly. Our server, sorry I've forgotten her name, brought samples of rosé to help us decide which bottle to get. She was attentive and fun. Our steaks were to die for with their tenderness and out of this world sauce. Also the wine was half-priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today with my friend and ordered the tofo Lettuce wraps and NY steak. Steak was done exactly as ordered (medium rare). They have their mashed potatoes wrapped in won ton and deep fried. It's actually really good and provides a nice crunchy texture.
Tofu lettuce wraps are very flavorful and come with this delicious chili garlic aoli.
The food came out fast and our server Lily was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She was always doing something and smiling.
Nice ambiance and very clean. The water glasses looked polished (it's the little things).
My only complaint is that a virgin ceaser was 6 dollars. Considering you maybe get 5 ounces of clamato with all the ice. I just thought that was a bit steep but that's obviously a company standard- nothing to do with how this restaurant operates solely.
Overall good experience and I'd come back. Food options for everyone (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc).

I'll start with the server who was very kind and friendly. We usually wait a long time for orders, drinks or anything extra we ask for to show up. But it was not the case here. She really took care of us and made sure we were comfortable and happy.
The food was outstanding as usual. The steak, Steak frites Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection exactly how I requested. My husband always goes for the Chicken Parmesan. He tried eating the same dish at other restaurants but he says that this one here is the best chicken parmesan he's had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from Alexi. Came in as a group of 7. Got our order wrong the first time. Completely forgot several items we had asked for. Didn’t check up on us or ask us if we needed anything else or how the food was. We wanted to order more food and kept having to look for her because she just completely disappeared. Would NOT recommend. Food was dry and bland.
UPDATE: Management provided an email and asked me to email them. I emailed them and offered to provide any details of my experience. They never emailed me back. Comes to show -how can you blame the employees for not caring when management doesn’t value feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere and a workforce of attentive serving staff that made our visit very enjoyable. The Joey's Classic Steak was cooked very well, medium rare on point, and tender and well seasoned. The "famous" crispy mashed potatoes were interesting, though looked better than they tasted. If you are at Chinook Mall and looking for a higher end dining experience, this would be a sound choice. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for a quick lunch and the food was awesome! We sat on the rooftop patio which was a bit windy but nice to be outside. The servers were really friendly and seemed to enjoy being there. The menu is very good with something for everyone. I had the dry ribs followed by the lettuce chicken wraps and the flavors were perfect and we'll balanced. My wife had the tuna salad and the presentation was very impressive. My only beef was the beer had a lot of head on it which bugs me because I paid for the beer not the froth, I will forgive that small infraction. We will be going back for sure. Great job folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good expierence. Server was very polite and a conversationalist. The food was well prepared and came out at a good time. Happy hour starts at 2pm on saturdays. Take advantage and order the sushi cones. They are amazing!
I ordered the butter chicken dish. I would say its a bit on the sweet side, it should have been a little more spicy to balance it out but overall ok.
