Post Covid, they limited the amount of people in the store as it is a small space, (would be nice to have two locations like Edmonton or even the size of West Edmonton Malls) but the staff was accommodating, I knew what I wanted and they enabled me to pay at the door rather then holding up a family that wanted to look around. Staff is always friendly and knowledgably. A larger facility would ease many people frustrations especially during holidays and weekends.

And even though I SWORE I would NOT buy anything this time... Well, I think we all know what happens next... It's LEGO! Anyway. I'm looking at the new "The Batman." Bat-mobile set. Last one. And A worker by the name of Andrew, (just as soon as I picked it up) started to tell me all the details... Light up bricks, Engine that lights up too... And he was convincing!! I dunno, they way he described it... I HAD TO HAVE IT! So I got it! Shout out to Andrew. Really down to earth guy. Great salesman! Knows his stuff! I was also rung through at the till by a very bubbly woman. She was a delight. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, and of course I lost the receipt. Which she had wrote her name on. All I know is that it starts with a "C" and she had a 'tie die' Covid-19 mask. Really sweet too. (Sorry) Thank you to everyone at that store!!! For making it an experience!! Take care.. Dave

With COVID-19 policies in place, we had to wait in a short line up to get inside, only about 10 minutes. It was impressive how quickly they were moving people through while maintaining a personal experience and not rushing. Huge stock here, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a number of sets on sale. I can’t wait to come back and keep building my city.

I've been a long time customer of this Lego store specifically, and hearing the staff speaking to customers ALWAYS makes me smile. Their knowledge of the Lego brand and collections truly shines through. I understand during COVID, Lego was and is following guidelines put in place. With the mandates being lifted, Lego still wants to practice caution, considering how many children are in the store. I understand it can be inconvenient, but I also understand it's not up to the store to make these decisions. Regardless, I can't think of ANYTHING bad to say about the staff here at Chinook. Thank you all for your patience, kindness and passion, it truly makes it a lot of fun to come in and grab a set from you guys in person. All the best!
