★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so helpful once again and I found the perfect gift. I was so out of my element and they all made me feel so comfortable and this isn’t the first time. Every time I go in The store manger recognizes me and is quick to help or find someone that can. I appreciate that even in these stressful times I found the level of service above standards. Thank you for your help.

I bought a pair of shoes online and unfortunately they do not fit me and hurt my feet. Went to this store in Chinook mall to return and they staffs were so rude. Today is March 10, I went there in the afternoon to return and was not treat right. The girls had attitude when I told them I want to return the shoes and seemed like they did not want to accept my return. After I handed the shoes to them and left, they called me back to sign the receipt, which they should have done when I was at the counter! Such a shame for a big store in a big location like Chinook. Please improve your customer service or you will lose a lot of loyal customers !!!! Buyers be aware when you tryna return something at this location!!!!!

I am standing in line in front of the cashier waiting to pay and the lady wearing turtle neck (gray dress sweater with huge black eyeglasses ) didn't even care to help or ask if I need help or want something!
I'm buying a wallet and didn't ever Help me, they are ignoring me.
The Staff there at Chinook Michael kors didn’t treat me good !

She was told that she could return/exchange them within 30 days if not happy with them, but WAS NOT told that you MUST have the box in order to make an exchange/return. The staff gladly kept the box when she purchased them, so you would think that this rigid policy would have been mentioned. We asked for a Manager/Supervisor. She was short on customer service skills, zero empathy (Looks like that's a running theme at this store). The boots were unused, we asked if we could somehow buy the stupid $5 box and she again said no and maybe you should sell them on Kijijji?? I appreciate policies, but you have to make it CLEAR during the sale, and when people come in for a legit exchange, try to at least APPEAR that you give a hoot. We will not buy MK products again, and will steer others away as well. Good luck with this approach.

Today I went to use it and because it’s an “old gift card” I was told they cannot accept it due to their new system and to try customer service. It’s illegal to expire gift cards and considering I got it at this exact location, I’d hope they’d try to rectify the situation instead of dismissing me and making excuses.
Update. I was given the wrong phone number. Called the store, was hung up on. Call the store again and again, was hung up on. Terrible customer service. I sure hope this gift card works online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience picking up a wallet I purchased online for in store pick up. The staff were so unpleasant to me when I asked for a gift receipt. Informed me that because I purchased online I was unable to have a gift receipt. Incredibly rude staff. I want to return the wallet because of this experience, but don’t want to deal with the staff here…. Extremely disappointed. I won’t return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was Visiting Chinook Centre today and walked past the Michael Kors store. I saw a beautiful blouse on display and I wanted a closer look. I very rarely go into these stores because I hate attitude and display of status. However, this top had such an interesting design and I was compelled.
I went into the store and the only person there was a female staff member. I got no welcoming greeting - all she did was look at me critically then busy herself. I said I wanted to look more closely at the display blouse. She mumbled something about going ahead but offered no help. The rack of that particular collection of clothes was very small because of the large sale markdown and she knew there was no blouse there. She could have told me, showed me other options or even taken the blouse off the mannequin (other stores have done this) as I am petite.
She looked at me when I walked in and judgment had been made. I did not fit the desired customer profile. I was wearing Converse, jeans, I have "rainbow hair". Another woman came in dressed very conservatively and she received help immediately not only by the female staff member but also by a male staff member that magically appeared from the back and fawned over her.
I find the customer service at this Michael Kors store abysmal. I was treated like dirt in the store because my body is not plastered in designer logos like a billboard. I definitely won't be back to this store.
This staff member needs to be reminded that she is ultimately a SALES ASSOCIATE and her primary task is to serve the customer. She acts like she is an integral member of the Michael Kors design team.
