★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to mamy old navy stores but for some reason this one seems a little cluttered. Always a hard time finding a size 38 relaxed fit pair of jeans. If your skinny or larger you have selection just not in that size. Otherwise always a very busy store. People are friendly and lots of sales. Just read the fine print to know what things actually cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very messy store, staff is standing around talking to each other and seem annoyed when approached. I once liked to shop here, low prices for decent quality clothes. Not the case anymore. $30 for a t-shirt. This isn't Versace! It isn't like there are a ton of customers in here either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted 10 minutes in line waiting for the cashier to answer the phone, then play on her personal phone, then talk to her manager on her headset. This store is always a mess and the customer service is even worse. Worst store in the city, needs new management.
