★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd never shopped in this store before today, but I thought I'd give it a try.
It has an interesting mix of clothing, and the prices are pretty good. I especially liked that many of the clothes were 100% cotton.
The store was VERY busy, and the lineup to check out was fairly long, but it moved along at a good pace.
A gentleman named Jaymar rang my items through, and signed me up for their rewards program. I'm not super tech-savvy, and he was kind and patient and helpful, and got me signed up.
All in all a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually shop online, but staff here is amazing, I went there for a return and the agent was highly knowledgeable and courteous. Their store was swamped, but they were calm and getting through it like champs! good job folks!

After wearing holes through my last pair of these jeans I walked into the H & M at the Chinook Mall and low and behold there was one pair left, in my size and on sale! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it really for real that they charge for bags for their charity when someone is spending $200 shopping? I found it pathetic where they make 400% profit to ask people to pay for charity. Maybe their fat pocketed CEOs can give some from their fat wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous layout spanning two floors. There is about 50% women’s, 30% men’s, and 20% youth.
I noticed a larger selection of basics, perhaps reflecting the retail trends of Covid-19. However, this did result in the selection feeling scarce.
There was an expansive clearance area upstairs, and as per usual, tons of tempting add ons up near the cash.
