H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years I have gone into this store again and again and have never had a pleasant experience, not like Kingsway or West Ed in Edmonton where at least there were some good moments mixed in. Arrogant employees who can't seem to find a good mix between being super pushy or being wall flowers. If you are looking for GW models, I recommend buying from the website or Sentry Box and save yourself having to deal with the staff. I avoid this store now which is a shame as it is a flagship store.

My son has been into Warhammer since he was 8 and over the last ten years for birthdays and Christmas these guys always help me out and they have been so kind to my son since he was a little guy going in to get pain and minis. Glad they continue to be in business.

Unfortunately they decided to remove the mobile version of their site so now it's not functional at all on mobile devices. Posting this hoping that Darren, or somebody else if he left, will see this and pass it along to hopefully get something done to make the site functional again.

The guy who served me was extremely knowledgeable and gave me tons of options without feeling pushy. I got some models, paint and basic tools I'd need. I probably would have just walked around and left if he hadn't been so awesome. He got me excited about warhammer again. Thanks ? I wish I remembered the guys name but I'm from saskatoon and didnt want to make a trip back if he remembers. He should be commended.

Otherwise never gone in there and had an experience where they’re super pushy and breathing over your shoulder. On my time sometimes a guy just wants to browse a little and decide what they want to get rather than having vulture employees being over bearing to make a sale off you. I avoid if I can as there is cheaper prices in the city as well as more welcoming staff.
M	Michael Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to every store that sells Warhammer in the Calgary area today and the Warhammer store in the Chinook mall was by far the best experience for myself and my wife - who doesn't collect or play Warhammer. When we came the salesman was painting a masterpiece of terrain for the store. He explained how he was painting and gave me amazing suggestions for my own models. As we looked around, the store began buzzing with people but the lone salesman made us feel like we were the only people in the store. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Unfortunately they didn't have anything I needed to buy at the time as I loaded up my army prior to my visit and I was from out of town, but the experience itself was definitely worth stopping by that store.
