Sold me a broken tool (impact drill) I missed the 30 day return by 3 days and they refused to work with me in any way. 50% towards store credit I suggest (buddy doesn’t even look up from his phone) “can’t do it”. How they are still in business treating customers this way I’ll never know

C	Clinton Porter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, I want to say that I have always enjoyed being a customer here and have built a solid video game/blu ray collection from visiting them over several years. The one area I think they're weak in though is trading in your items. As a collector who knows the (price charting, eBay, local market, and finally overpriced Amazon market) value it is incredibly irritating to bring solid titles that are a little more uncommon and a bundle of games, consoles, controllers, wiring accessories and get pretty much peanuts in return. After having several things I've traded in over the years, I will be calling it quits on the trade in portion of their business after today. The value I received for items today was well under what they are worth and somehow the price on a controller I I had traded in another one of a month ago suddenly went down? Even though I've watched the shelf price never budge for over 3 years. This decision has come after several times of feeling "jipped " when walking out of there. Needless to say if I hadn't been completely cash strapped in need of money in any of those situations, I would have rejected their offers hard. I've traded in stuff I thought was unfair in compensation then went in store a few days later to check it out and the price was well over 50% mark up. For example a ds handheld I traded in there in 2020 I got 15 bucks for then saw it listed at 60 in the case. Half value I think is fair, no?
H	Hi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a fairly good company with decent staff and have tried too help in a moderate fashion when I have had too pawn things in a emergency or give a decent deal on asking price for items iv purchased... only issue I have had is the content of items are not as wide range as they could be for things of value and they stick too what they know sells rather instead having a multitude of selections
