I appreciated how she sanitized all the jewelry before and after I looked at them. We both found bands with her help and she even cleaned my engagement ring for me. Thank you! Update: Our rings weren't expected to arrive by our wedding. We went in a few weeks before our wedding day so we knew this was going to happen. SOMEHOW they managed to get our rings in two weeks. We are super pleased!

Needed to get the ring sized in a rush and she said it would be no problem. As promised she called as soon as it was in and it was completed on the exact day she specified. Over all the store had a nice selection and decent prices. What made this place 5 star was the staff, their engagement, and willingness to help. Thank you for an awesome experience!
t	the Hollins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with charm since 2012. When I say dealing with, it’s not in a good way. They have damaged my custom made ring and damaged my in store purchased ring. When I got my 3 matching wedding band for my anniversary, I had my rings soldered together, when they came back all rings were dinged in multiple places and also the soldering was atrocious. It was sent back and had to be re done. I have been there for rhodium plating and each time my ring comes back it’s scratched in a new place and not even cleaned! For the steep price of $150 you would assume they would ensure it’s cleaned to perfection when it’s returned. Once I have dealt with the crack that is in my wedding band from the jeweler, this will be the last time I ever return to charm. The only reason I went back all these times wa because I paid up front for the warranty plan. This last time was not covered but I paid and stuck with them hoping after a couple years of not going that things would be different… they are definitely not. Thanks for taking something so sentimental to someone and ruining it in so many ways.
