★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, was with an older lady with grey hair and another younger one, she got ALL of me and my sisters information down and never sent me a reply on the diamonds that I wanted, very unprofessional, asking me very personal questions about my finances. Not spending any money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars in would. There repair service is Horible. Took 3 weeks to resize a ring the wrong size and sent back to the store tarnished and worn. I'm sure your training is a 15 min long video from the 90s so not the girls fault at your store but just garbage I will never shop at people's as long as I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer Omer service and overall experience. was made to wait for about 10+ minutes before even being acknowledged, then about 10+ more before being helped. Then, when finally helped, get told by the saleslady that all the things I was looking at in my $ range were plated and I would need to buy extended warranty package because I'd have to get the jewellery redone constantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner bought a necklace for me online, and went to return it at this location. They processed the return and took back the necklace, but two weeks later they still have not deposited the money back into his account.
I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere else before, so save yourself a headache and buy your jewellery at any other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our wedding rings here over 2 years ago. Unfortunately we have had to postpone our wedding until later this year and realized that we needed to get our rings resized. Laurie, the store manager, took care of us and was able explain everything about our warrantees in detail and made sure that we got the perfect fit for our rings. She was very knowledgeable as she has obviously been doing this for some time and her customer service was top notch! I would definitely recommend visiting this Peoples Jewellers location for any of your needs!

They always have great sales and their customer service is great. I like using the People's at South Center because it is not to crowed and easily accessible from the mall doors
