★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store and all of the staff were talking to each other and didn't even come over to help me. They proceeded to look at me several times and ignored me completely. I went into the store planning on making a large furniture purchase and walked out empty handed as a result of this terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service especially from the manager, Vicky, who was very defensive and rude when I made a return! She interrupted me and laughed at me when I was trying to tell her that one of her employees confirmed the return of my items and a credit for the shipping fee. Extremely rude and disrespectful way of treating others. I ended up getting a gift card which I plan on giving away as I will never step a foot in that place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went directly to the store in order to feel and see furniture we wanted to order for our new home and were denied entrance with a mask exemption. Went later in the evening so that the store would be empty (and it was). Hard to purchase many large ticket items without touching the fabric, etc so cannot do so solely online. The staff member was polite, as was I, however if the bylaw will not be followed I am more than happy to furnish my home at Showhome Furniture. Hopefully the staff felt much safer once I left the doorway?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We registered for our wedding here. The staff is very disorganized and made constant mistakes. They could not find our registry on several occasions. We received multiples of several appliances that were on our registry, even though we specified we needed one. The staff questioned why we were returning things. When we went to pick up a delivery they made us go to the loading dock because they didn't want to bring the bags to the delivery table. We explained we were returning some of the plates because we had chosen them without seeing them (they were out of stock at the time) and they were not what we hoped when we saw them. They wanted us to walk out of the store, over to the docks, pick up the bags, walk back to the store, and return the items. It was a very snowy slippery day, they had not shoveled the path to the dock, and the person working in the loading dock was shocked that they were making us go through this process. We paid for some items with a mastercard gift card and it was unclear if the money would be refunded due to the card being non-re-loadable. The person that was helping us with this was very arrogant and kept raising his voice at me. When we tested to see if the card had been refunded, it had not. The staff said "take the receipt to the card company, this is not our issue". All in all every interaction was stressful and slow. Please consider using another outfit for your event registries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed window shopping here. All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like their stuff but a little pricey for me.( personally, maybe not for others) my girls found their name of Christmas ornaments. Pretty nice and looks fancy so I paid for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fine store, but a wee bit above my pay grade. There is lovely stuff to look at; there are things I would buy if I had the mad money for them. It's been a long time since I've been inside, so I don't have any opinions on the staff or service. Check it out when next you're in Southcentre Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful place for furniture or anything interior related shopping. It has very fine collection of rugs, crokery sets, dining sets and many more. Even the Interior sets organized for customer experience are just lovely. The ambience is customer friendly, we can really experience anything we want to purchase. The staff if very friendly and helpful from providing information to suggestions to finalizing your order deliveries.
