Great customer service and great products. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We went to the store on black friday weekend, and even though it was SO busy, the staff helped us in-person, over the phone, and by email. I asked for design suggestions and they quickly put together a rendering of the furniture in my space, which helped me decide to purchase the furniture. Thanks especially to Diana and Dom.

0 STARS!! The female representative named Shane or Shawn, wasn't having any knowledge about Herman Miller chairs when it's actually going on for sale!! We asked her several questions regarding sizes, hight adjustments, and shared few hesitations with the design hoping she would help solving it. She didn't knew how to adjust lower sitting space in Embody chair. I went to other store, which is official business partners of Herman Miller, and they showed me how to make that change - the only issue stopping me to buy a chair worth almost 2K. Knowledge of a simple feature could bring you or loose you business so try learning about your product before going to customers.

We went to EQ3 to purchase our sectional over the weekend. We were greeted immediately and received very helpful service that explained our options. All of our questions were carefully considered and we received good guidance on making a decision based on our needs. We ended up buying a stylish coffee table to pair. We are happy to support great Canadian made furniture.Thank you to Diana for taking care of us!

We purchased this very expensive furniture which came highly recommended as being quality made Canadian furniture. We decided that it would be worth the six month wait period to support local Canadian made product. The couch and seat we purchased have been a major disappointment. Feathers stick out of all cushions into your body making it incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. All stitching within cushions Is visible giving an appearance of three separate cushions within one cushion. Upon raising this concern we were told we need to "fluff" cushions more frequently....because everyone wants to fluff their cushions three times a day.... One of our cushions was stained and discolored.... We've reached out to customer service three times and been given the run around. Take pictures of every cushion inside and out. Which we did only to be told to do this all over again. When a company charges this much for a product they need to be accountable. That has not been the case for us. Good luck to anyone else. Please enquire about how your cushions are made.

Went to find a marble dining table - didn't find what I was looking for on the floor and asked Monique (the salesperson) whether they had the table I wanted in stock. She quickly checked and, though the table was discontinued, there were only a few left in stock throughout the country. She found one for us in a different province, and even so, it was delivered at breakneck speed. Once here, the gentlemen who delivered it, were professional and courteous and put it together for me with! I love the table and am impressed with the service and professionalism I received from EQ3! Recently we purchased a couch from EQ3. Monique was very attentive each time we went to the store even while juggling other customers. She sent us home with samples and when we came back to order our couch she approached us immediately to ask any follow up questions. Although it was during Black Friday Monique continued to be very attentive and placed our order honouring the original promo. We cannot wait to get our couch!

Special thank you to Kari for helping me make a great purchase decision!!! I started my shopping my shopping journey at EQ3 sometime in September. I really wanted to check out Herman Miller office chairs and this store happened to be the only one open on a late Saturday afternoon. I felt very welcomed in an open atmosphere where everything looked clean, elegant, and bright! I walked through the store and saw a bunch of great furniture choices with tons of quality materials everywhere. Later I saw a table with a bunch of office chairs and a standing desk. Having sat in 2 chairs, Kari said hello and offered assistance. My goodness, she is very experienced with all of the different materials, posture positions, and she empathized with my seating needs as a customer. We went over what my ideal work day looks like and the types of tasks I do. She suggested either the Aeron or the Embody chair and carefully explained the differences very well. No rush in the purchase decision, she kindly demonstrated all of the different ways in which you can adjust the chairs and carried a strong conversation about previous customer feedback, including the upgrades people have made over the years. They have a standing desk, so you can try each and every seat with the correct desk height. I pretty much selected a chair with the materials I preferred, but my heart wasn’t fully set until I did some independent research. Slowly but surely, I did return to the store a few months later and I bought a Herman Miller Aeron B with fully adjustable arms, the newer Adjustable PostureFit SL, full tilt limiter, and multi-floor quiet casters. I have to admit, I’m extremely comfortable when I sit at my desk every day and I totally would shop again at EQ3, for successfully helping me find the right furniture. Their delivery service is smart! You can track the truck before it arrives. They scheduled a time for added convenience. Very professional in customer service as well. I hope to shop at this store again sometime soon. I was very pleased with my experience and I love my new chair. Again, thank you so much Kari and team at EQ3.

Kari was instrumental in helping us to choose the right pieces for our new home. By sharing a few photos (and measurements), she was able to provide exemplary design advice. Although we flip flopped over a couple of things, she was patient and professional from the moment we walked in the door, to the day our furniture was delivered. The delivery team was also very professional, they kept me in the loop on their arrival time, and were extremely careful when bringing in the furniture. I highly recommend paying a visit to Kari if you are in the market for some fresh new pieces for your home! Thank you, Kari, we will see you soon...once our other chair arrives! :)
