★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered through these guys several times, drones, parts, etc. (fortunately no repairs although I understand that they do some amazing repairs if you do happen to crash your drone). prices are always competitive and being a smaller shop they are able to address any concerns you might have right away. I have personally witnessed them addressing an issue I had with an order that ended up having a charge that came as a surprise after we'd discussed costs, etc. and they reached out the very next morning to refund the charge (which they totally didn't have to do) in order to make sure that my experience was nothing but amazing! I highly recommend, and due to one personal experience they've guaranteed I'll be getting my parts, and gear from them rather than somewhere like Bestbuy, who would have forgotten you the second you leave their store!
They have a huge selection of DJI drones, FPV gear, parts, upgrades, etc. drones are now my personal favorites, having recently added a couple new ones to my RC collection. (DJI Mini 2 Fly More, and Tello for my daughter...Next up will likely be FPV. The Mavic 2 Zoom with it's 18KM range sounds just about perfect!
I have to say It didn't take much drone piloting to sway me away from my helicopter collection which is now sitting collecting dust. (Repairs on Heli's is ongoing it seems while drone's are much cheaper and are nowhere near as hard on parts! Pretty sure I'll stick to my ground collection, and drones going forward!

Seriously, Drone Shop went above and beyond to make sure the Mini2 I ordered arrived in time for an important birthday. Kevin even shipped out the extra batteries that arrived after the Mini2 shipment at no extra cost. The guy answers emails at, like, 6 AM, and usually within minutes of receiving them. Absolutely top shelf customer service.
If you've decided to spend some of your hard earned cash on a drone, this is the sort of operation you should be doing business with.

Called a few hours later to ask when I could pick it up, and was told that they didn't have any in stock. :-( Wish it told me that when I ordered it. I really try to buy local, but instances like this make it tough. I will use them again, but hopefully with better results next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Phantom 4 standard RC was not charging so I gave them a call to see what could be done. They offered two solutions: a repair for the RC or replacement, both offered at an amazing price.
I decided to try the repair and had it in the same day and fixed in less than 24 hours. I've since tested several times and it's working beautifully again.
I would absolutely recommend them and couldn't be happier with my experience here.
