4-5 days after I left my review, I received call from the store manager, needless to say I was I bit surprised. He was concerned with my issues and thanked me for my review. I have to say, that phone call impressed me. It speaks volumes about the manager and the brand. I'm changing my star rating because I felt I was heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought iphone 12 pro max and Pixel 6Pro. iphone came in brand new box and pixel came in plastic bag but no issues at all. Both iphone and pixel has 1 full year warranty on it. Very good price. Staff is very professional and helpful. I will keep make this shop a go to place for phones, TVs and small kitchen appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously THE BEST experience! For someone who depends on her laptops to run for work and also gets really discouraged when her tech isn't working as it should they were amazing! Opening two functioning laptops this morning almost made me cry lol!!! Thank you guys!
If you are in need of software support or want to by a new Mac these guys are the place to go! You'll save money and get better service all around!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks for starting my week of so well! xo

Really really disappointed in the service. Will not be returning. It’s a complete money grab and they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction. Told me they would give me a great deal to fix a screen that broke only 6 months after they fixed my first one, took my phone, fixed it and then charged me pretty much the same amount as it would be without a discount.
