I was having ongoing issues with my LG washer and another company's technician had come to repair it 4 times. I finally insisted that LG send another company's technician, and they finally did from Southland Technical Services. The technician was fantastic - professional, fast, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem that had been going on for months! I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

I really wish I could leave zero stars. These people are terrible. I honestly don’t know how they are still open and servicing people appliances. They lack basic skills like professionalism. I had to unfortunately deal with them because I was having some issues with my LG television. I initially had an appointment booked with them and they called me last minute and cancelled after I had to take time off work to be home for the appointment. They took a week for someone to call me to rebook because they were β€œshort-staffed” When they finally called the lady on the phone was extremely rude and seemed irritated by me. I’m not sure how they feel that it is appropriate to speak to their customer like they do. When the technician finally came to the appointment he was late. He made feel extremely uncomfortable and refused to wear a mask. I did insist that he does wear a mask seeing we are in a pandemic and I was wearing a mask when he arrived and he kept refusing. Please please please stay away from this company at all costs. They are so unprofessional I am really not sure what to even say. Learn from my mistake, and avoid them for any service. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with this terrible company!

When our LG refrigerator simply stopped working on Sunday night, we called LG for service. Got through to the Philippines call Center which was not a good experience due to waiting 1.5 hrs, hanging up and calling again. Anyway, once we got an agent, we were told Southland Tech was to provide service for us. They booked us an appointment for Thursday, 4 days later. That was the only negative thing about it all was that it took a long 4 days to get our service. The service we received was great, tech Stephen arrived on time and with all the parts he needed. He got the job done in about 3 hours. Stephen was very polite, got right to work and explained the odor from the sealed unit bring recharged would be around for a day or so. He did everything just right, no problems at all. We appreciated that he did such a good job and we're very glad to have our refidgerator back up and running. Parts were covered and the service charges wasn't cheap, but it got done properly and when we were told it would be. ONLY issue was that LG said it would be 48 hrs and instead it was 4 days so that's why I put 4 stars.

House call to assess an erratically functioning older LG TV. Very clear information about the assessment charge and out-of-town travel costs. Effective and speedy assessment, with very honest advice that repair possible, but not worth the cost. Referral to Visions, from whom we purchased a new TV. Good. effective service from Southland. Will happily use them again.

Very friendly. My first visit. Let's see if they can fix my TV affordably! Edit... Well they had my TV fixed within a week for under $200. They just had to do some soldering. Maybe I was lucky. In any case they did a great job, had it all wrapped up for pickup and they even helped me get it into the car for the drive home.

I liked that they called set up the time. Gave me a window of 2 hours to expect them . Called to confirm before they arrived and arrived on time. Took great care to put down protection for my floor moved the fridge out and back without scratching my floor. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Answered any questions I had. Overall a great experience.

I brought my TV to have it diagnosed and when I didn’t agree with the fixing price i got my tv back without the screws as shown in the picture, the Tv have only screws that puts the TV together and the other screws were missing. The receipt says the tech 999 was working on the TV

This place is supposed to be authorized for LG electronics, so I took a blu ray player for a repair and after charging me the $50 for the diagnostic, they told me they could not repair it because it was too old and they needed to replace the mother board. While it is an old blu ray player, I wanted to get it fixed because it is a 3D player, and I can't get anything like that anymore, so... I did my research and fixed the player myself just needed some new capacitors. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Take your electronics somewhere else, otherwise they will just charge you $50 dollars for diagnostic and who knows how much they will charge you to fix them.
