This was our first time purchasing a home and we didn't exactly know what we were looking for or what we were getting ourselves into. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the people we have interacted with. They were always prompt in replying to emails, very helpful with any questions we had, and if they didn't know the answer they would point us to someone who did. As a new homeowner I had numerous questions during the process and Zoey was fantastic at responding back in clear and concise manner! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time home buyer, they were very thorough with what to expect and sent me with a binder of information to guide me through the way. My emails were always responded to the same day and when there were any issues, they reacted quickly to resolve them. My walk through was 2 weeks before the possession date, and other than I was very eagle eye with finishes and paint touch ups, I could’ve moved in that day. Possession day came with a basket of goodies and the place immaculately cleaned! For the 3,6 and 12 month check-ins, they actually initiated them and fixed everything I asked. I would definitely buy with them again, as it was such a wonderful experience.

They provided support from start to finish. Street Side Developments has done a great job with the house and it looks great. Last but not least, the gentlemen who did the prepossession walk-through were very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, a fantastic customer service experience. Keep it up guys!

From the very first appointment when I walked through the showhomes to the final possession,Sandra and JC were so helpful ;providing the necessary guidance along the way. They were very responsive and would respond to my enquiries even when it was long after work hours.The home has a very good finish with appliances of very good quality installed. The scheduled check-ins after possession is also very well coordinated. Thanks to everyone at Streetside Developments for giving me a very stress-free home purchase experience.
