★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the build has been very disappointing. There have been numerous mistakes through out and when it has been a fight to address them from the start. These include such things as improper installation of hvac systems, cutting two holes in the garage for a man door, improperly installing our flooring tiles, to a very poorly constructed deck. To top it off when concerns are brought forward they are dismissed by Nuvisat as being minor, or acceptable. I would then suggest changing the modo fro. Quality builder to an ACCEPTABLE (builder) it is definitely not the experience anyone wants when purchasing and building a new home. one of their staff even dragged my 8 year old step son into an adult conversation that they had no business doing. Anyone please pm me and I can share pictures of the defaults throughout the building, and construction. Including the most recent ones of the poor deck construction, where even their own contractor who came and inspected it said it was unacceptable and apologized. I am even happy to have people considering purchasing to come and look, discuss, and view pictures also so you know what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly do like my NuVista home what gives them the poor rating is their lack of continued customer support. A grading issue was found when the back alley was paved, other home builders (like Pacesetter) took full responsibility and fixed every garage apron affected. Nu Vista basically told me to pound sand and any further conversations would not be addressed. Very disappointing especially when I was raving about them earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and condescending customer service. Would not recommend to anyone looking to buy a home in the community. Have had good experiences with many builders in the area, but this one takes the cake for most unprofessional. Home buyers beware, stay away!

You not only stood by me to ensure tht everything turned out great, but you said the magic words.. " whatever it takes to keep me happy" and not just saying that, but putting them into action is why today, I have very positive and happy butterflies. You are an amazing human being and an even better construction manager.
Wes, you have been an amazing sales rep till the end, putting up with my weekly visits and taking your own personal time to ensure that happened. I am ever grateful for your help with the shelves and everything in general. You are a very genuine and a down to earth person and please stay that way... here's hoping you become an area manager soon.
NuVista, thank you for building me an amazing home and putting up with my 20 change orders. If it weren't for the hiccups, I wouldn't have enjoyed this build so much and would have never come across the great people who helped me. The trades you select are some of the best people I have met. Shout out to Deerbridge plumbing, Evolution (Sharon), signature lighting, Regal (Connor) and Kristen at wildwood.
If you need a fully customizable home with no builder restrictions, some really great people who take care of you, fair pricing, great quality and amazing after sale service... its this place... thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuvista Homes built our dream home in Evanston NW!. The Customer service representative Carlos Martins was very professional and patient .He did a fantastic job of working with us to customize the house plan to fit our needs and within budget.
The building process was very smooth with up to date communication of construction stages. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations.
Nuvista homes completed our beautiful home on time with "WOW" effect especially to my kitchen and ensuite!
I will like Nuvista homes to add full home automation for sound/speakers etc into their future package.
We highly recommend Nuvista Homes if you want a high quality home built in a timely manner by a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUVISTA’s service is great. We just got our possession on Jan 25th in dawson’s landing. Sherri at the show-home has been great and so does Steve the service guy and Richard! Very quick to respond to respond on after possession minor issues. There are some delays with other trades, which is understandable due to covid/ shortage. Overall great team and super easy to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuvista home is a Premium builder. The quality of their building makes them outstanding. I have few of my friends that wanted to build outside Calgary because they wanted space, but seeing our house gave them a different impression, that a builder can still deliver quality and size. Our house is spacious and the building is standard. Also I love the promptness from Aaron, the post possession service contact. He was always prompt and very detailed with explanations. Aaron is also very Profesional. I also love professionalism provided by Carlos the sales person.
