Trying to book an β€œApple Watch try on” appointment which seems silly enough to have to pick an option in order to spend consumer dollars at a business of this magnitude. Anyways, obviously we cannot make an appointment as the online option is not available, so we call to schedule an appointment and are told two options: 1. We can order online and pick up in store (if that is the case, why have a β€œtry on” experience option? If we are ordering online, there is no trying on of the product); 2. Or we can Walk in and can wait the allotted time that the store currently has on its wait list. This just seems like an unbelievable way for a company to do business. It is too bad that because they are Apple and will get their billions of $$ no matter what, that they can just brush off consumer time as collateral damage with zero regard to make the process enjoyable (or even just available) for the consumer.

Thank you to the lady that helped me today. She greeted me so polite and I felt so welcomed right away. She was super nice and Patient while cleaning my dirty phone ? She wasn’t rushing or anything. I wish I remembered her name but she had your guys red top on with a black sweater, both ears pierced. Plus there was 3 other staff that helped me has well and was super nice and acknowledged me right away. I will definitely be going back when I need too.

I went in to have my iPhone 8 battery replaced. It was clearly explained that this replacement may not be possible if water marks are triggered, or if my third party battery is damaged, which I understood and agreed to. The agreed upon price was $68. When I returned to pick up my phone the new representative brought out my phone and explained to me that there was water damage, and clips broken by the third party battery installation, however she said my battery was replaced. She then handed me my original iPhone 8. When signing the final agreement the price was $470!!!!!! I told this representative I will absolutely not pay this and our agreed upon price was $68. After some further discussion she went to the back. When she returned she had a new iPhone 8 box in hand as well as my original iPhone. She explained that the battery was actually not fixed in my original phone, and the $470 price was for a new iPhone 8. I declined the new iPhone and left with my unrepaired original iPhone. Had I signed the first agreement I would have paid $470 and received my original unrepaired iPhone!!! $470 for nothing! I was incorrectly told my old phone was repaired, and almost tricked into paying an extra $400! Fortunately I said no to this, but Apple that business practice is such a scam. My original price was $68, how is it acceptable to present me a bill for $470. I was not consulted or offered a choice between my old phone and a replacement. I was just told to pay the new bill. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Horrible service.

I really don’t understand how people can leave a bad review. Every Apple store I’ve gone into has been top notch service, and if you pay attention and listen to how some customers treat Apple employees I’m shocked! If you complain about time getting into an Apple store…save yourself the time of posting a negative review and book your time slot online before getting to the store. I booked a time slot and saw Dustin & Matt. The customer service I received was awesome! They were very efficient in getting my new phone set up and you can tell they all like working together based off their teamwork. I am very happy with my new iPhone purchase and have no regrets! Thanks again Dustin & Matt (:

Got a silicone case for my Iphone 13 pro max just 3months ago and my case started to peel off. The manager and the Genius denied to replace it as it was not a manufacturing defect. When the case is made of such low quality how is that not a manufacturing defect. And they wont tell me what covers under manufacturing defect!!! This store is not less than a fraudulent store.

I feel like Apple store has come such a long way in customer service since they first started. I used to dress going here and feeling sold to when I had a specific purpose or not taken care of for my need or ignored. Not the case anymore, customer service rocks and while they are always a busy busy place, I love chatting with them and getting honest opinions and the upgrades to their protection plan! Way to go guys!

I am posting this on behalf of a loved one who went through probably the worst customer service experience I have ever heard of this year who purchased a gift for me at this store. I really hope someone at this location takes this review seriously as I have even seen posts online detailing similar experiences at this specific location. Upon placing an order online, they were contacted by a store employee who informed them the order would be ready for pickup in the early afternoon. After arriving at the store, they were told it would be a little while longer which is fine. Roughly 30 minutes later, they received another call saying that it was all good to go and to come back to the store. After waiting in line a second time, a store employee once again said that it was not ready. One of the managers came along and said it could be 2 hours, 6 hours, or even the next day. If that is the case, why would you contact someone twice telling them it is ready? One of the employees tried to help out by suggesting cancelling the order and then being treated as a β€œwalk-in” which my loved one was never explained to was possible when they first contacted the store to place the order. How does it make sense to coerce someone into purchasing a product online when it would be more convenient for them and beneficial to the company to just walk in and pick it up? After contacting an Apple call centre they said it had already processed and was too late to cancel. Their next best solution was to just pay for another Apple Watch and they would process a refund for the original order 2 weeks or so later. There is ample product in the store, and payment had already processed, so why make someone pay twice when you could just turn around and grab a watch from the stock you have? It’s not like this watch had to be delivered to the location, it was literally there in the back room. At no point during these engagements did any employee offer any kind of actual help, everyone just shrugged it off as there was nothing they could do. On top of that, my loved one has several health conditions that cause them to get winded and need to rest often. At no point did anyone offer help to them or a place to sit, even when visibly struggling to breath and walk. I have always been a fan of Apple products and their service, but after this I am extremely disappointed. My loved one was confused, never offered a proper explanation, and severely mistreated and disregarded by staff here to the point they were brought to tears and left speechless. On top of that, I highly recommend revisiting some accessibility training for all staff members here. I understand seating may be blocked off/removed with COVID restrictions, but if you saw someone struggling to stand and breathe in your business while speaking with them, offer them a god damn chair. Not all disabilities are visible or evident when looking at someone. Shame on the management and staff at this location.
