Worst customer experience thanks to the saleswoman and supervisor. They tried to steal $75 out of a $230 watch refund bc no receipt was present atm after the fact I called to check if I'd would be able to get full store credit and the saleswoman said it would be fine. Keep in mind I had bought this watch 3 days ago and it was just too uncomfortable on my wrist. Never coming back to this location or buying any fossil products in the future. Thank Goodness I did find the receipt in my car and they had the nerve to ask if I still wanted another product. ?

Wow. I will never buy a watch from any other store. The customer service here is unlike any other store I have been to, Scott not only took me through all the fun things my old smart watch could do but when I needed a new one he helped me through all of the set up and new features of that one as well. I didn't feel rushed through any of it. I forgot to ask for the other associates name but she was super helpful and friendly as well. They both deserve raises. Thank you both so much!!!

It was my 4th visit and I was so happy with their customer service as always I have been. The girl named Darlene was extremely soft spoken and changed the battery of my fossil watch which I brought less than a year n half ago. I was little disappointed as a new watch is good for at least 5 years & she not only heard, but understood it and didn't charge anything & felt sorry for the whole issue. Its not about $10.50, its about getting that humane behaviour and dealing with a fair logic which I liked !! And if you mention that you do not plan to buy, but just interested in knowing more about the smart watches, still the Manager, Scott, will invest his energy & time in explaining all the functions, pro n cons. He wears 2 of them, and will give you a wonderful comparison between diff generations. Ask him to show how to make a call from watch using voice command, he will !! Keep it up guys, I love talking to a brand through "Real People".

We were there to do a return and the spanish lady in the reception was not willing to do the return as we bought the watch in Fossil Cross iron.After asking for a written statement where it says we cant return, she agreed to return and refund. This is unacceptable as you can return in any fossil store as per Cross iron Fossil guys. Management should train this person or discipline her for giving wrong information to customers as it damages Fossil reputation. Heard from few friends this lady is always like this and do not want to take return from cross iron fossil. Does not matter she should follow fossil policy and not her own policy......Divison managers or some one should take some action against these kind of people.

I bought 2 hybrid smart watches the other day from Thea. I went in with very little prior knowledge of the product and no pre-conceptions as to whether I would buy or not. Thea was kind, patient, well educated on her brand and product and gave me the best customer service experience I have had in years. In the end, thanks to her, I left with a watch for both my girlfriend and I. I will definitely be back.

I bought a Gen 5 smartwatch from here, I had an issue with it and came in to get help. Scott, the store manager, was amazing. He helped me out, was super friendly too. I love my new watch!
