Bluenotes has been a proudly Canadian company since 1942 (the original store was called Thrifty’s at the corner of Queen & Church St in Toronto). From day one, our roots have been firmly planted in denim. By keeping up with the latest trends throughout the decades, we have consistently offered our customers the latest denim fits, washes and styles, maintaining Bluenotes’ reputation as one of the top denim retailers in Canada.

Aéropostale x Bluenotes
We are thrilled to reveal a new collaboration between Aéropostale x Bluenotes with the first collection set to drop in 75 Bluenotes “shop in shop” stores including online. Future plans include an expansion of 20-30 freestanding new concept Aéropostale stores in Canada from the East to West Coast in 2020!
Bluenotes is the exclusive license partner of Aéropostale in Canada. Our merchandise is designed in Canada in partnership of Aéropostale USA making it an exclusive collection to the Canadian stores. We are now excited to offer TWICE the assortment of denim in our Bluenotes stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service not helpfull, I ordered online unfortunetly i wasnt able to pick up my self so i requested a friend to pick up for me coz i need those items very badly because im leaving for a 1 month vacation, but sadly they didnt allow to release the item, i understand company policies thats why i tried to call the store my self to give all the information they needes sthat they can release my order, but they told me i need to contact the main office email will take 48 hrs. i need immediate response no numbers can be contacted for assistance,no help at all its my first time ordering online at Bluenotes and then gave me a hardtime. never again .....feeling dissapointed .

Website price is cheaper than in store but store refused to honor pricing and advised me to order online instead. No where in the website did it say that the price was an online offer only but the manager literally argued with me and refused to match the price of the items from the same company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothing is nice and reasonably priced; but it seems crazy to me that if you order something into the store, that someone else with the same last name and address as you (as well as the confirmation email) is unable to pick it up. The employee wouldn't even look at my mother's ID or see and instead spoke to her rudely which isn't acceptable. I do understand that there are policies and I don't fault the staff for abiding by them, but I would not have been upset had they even just treated her a bit nicer instead of brushing off her concerns because they weren't their problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pairs of jeans a week ago, they got torn from zipper, I brought them back to exchange the defective ones and they said they can not do anything about it, I left my torn jeans there and now it's my never to go store. Worst customer service.
