★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will only purchase Mackage, the quality is second to none. I've purchased 8 coats over the years. My first Mackage purchased over 10 years ago and it's still in mint condition. I was visiting Calgary from Ontario and was extremely excited to see a Mackage boutique at the chinook mall, the service was outstanding!!!! This year I was looking for a camel coat , I called chinook mall and spoke to Micah. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in finding me the perfect coat ( elodie) it was exactly what I was looking for- It was a very easy and smooth transaction -He shipped the coat from Alberta to Ontario.
If it's good enough for meghan markle its good enough for me ;) - Thank you Micah.

The gentleman with longer hair was very pleasant to shop with and did a great job helping us! Will definitely recommend friends and family to come shop here as opposed to other stores selling similar products.

They were extremely helpful and really took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The jackets are well worth it, great quality and fit.

He took the time to educate me about the different coats and materials, ensuring I bought the perfect coat to meet my needs, he has the perfect approach with customers. I will be a customer for life thanks to the staff at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend you avoid purchasing any jacket that isn't black from this brand.
My wife bought me a tan coloured trench coat, which i loved but unfortunately no dry cleaner wants to deal with their jackets. Dolphin in Calgary will at $120 and you agree to a release form in case of damages.
These jackets bleed from the leather and logo. Mackage Chinook will not recommend any "leather specialist" in the city or can even name that type of specialist (this is what Mackage recommends for cleaning).
That being said, I have a $1000 jacket that is dirty and cannot have cleaned. Great service at sale but this company lacks any education on maintenance of their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Calgary visiting this location. My store in Edmonton had the jacket in stock but this location pressured me into ordering through them probably so they could get my sale. The employee told me it would take three days to arrive and they would give me the courtesy of emailing me when it shipped. One week went by no communication on their part. I called the Edmonton store and the lady was so kind to contact headoffice on updates and solutions . She also told me that the Chinook store didnt tell me the correct shipping timeline. She was kind enough to text me my tracking number and still to this day no communication from the original store. Wish i got better service considering I payed so much for this coat and at least being truthful instead of just being treated like a sale.
