★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of glasses from Bonlook Chinook, I got a great price and amazing service. Svitlana found me the glasses that I didn’t know I wanted but now I am in love with the look and quality! Harsh was quick and was able to answer any questions I had and also fixed my glasses when I regrettably played basketball in them. Overall amazing experience, great service would 10/10 recommend.
Despite dealing with so many customers they both still remembered me when I had to get my glasses fixed.

Her hospitality and kind hearted attitude was worth noting, I felt welcome in the store while she was assisting me. I was also amazed by her excellent customer service in helping me find the glasses when I was unsure what style to wear. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I can't wait for me to try my new glasses.

My glasses are working really well and their optometrist has even sent me a follow-up after a couple of weeks to ensure I'm adjusting well to my new prescription. I really liked the easy and effective way to engage with BonLook online. Setting up appointments, follow-ups, billing, etc was so smooth. Can't wait to get another pair at BonLook!

The customer service is definitely amazing. Svitlana was extremely helpful as she showed me many different options of frames that would suit my face shape and style. She was also very friendly and thorough which made the process so much easier and faster for me! I was also helped by their optician Harsh who ensured that my glasses fit my face properly and comfortably. I will definitely be recommending this location for my friends who are searching for a new pair of glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought two pairs of glasses from the Chinook Bonlook location and both times the staff were so helpful and friendly! The stylists were really knowledgeable about the products. The optician was also great, he quickly repaired my glasses when I accidentally popped out the lens a week or so after purchasing; the free adjustments offered to customers is awesome. The styles and price were what brought me to the store at first, but the great customer service brought me back. I will definitely come here for any future glasses needs, and I have already recommended this location to friends. I really hope the staff will be recognized for their amazing work by upper management :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter in law told me to go here. I was so happy with the service. Lateesha helped me choose the right frames for progressive glasses and distance sunglasses. The manager Noelle was very helpful too. Between the two of the sales ladies I made some good choices with what was needed to add on to each of my glasses. I just love my new glasses. The optometrist, Harshdeep, was nice and helpful too. I didn't feel rushed or stressed when buying glasses here. They answered all my concerns and questions with patience. Great prices on the frames and the add ons are not as much as other places. Canadian product, friendly staff and helpful too! My husband will be getting his next pair of glasses here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leo (the assistant store manager) was lovely. Best experience I’ve had buying glasses. I found so many pairs I loved and his feedback was very honest but kind. Helped with direct billing too! Only wish there was an option to have an eye exam as well but I’m sure that’s why the glasses are so affordable :)
