★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother is 98 and she has just moved into a long term care home. Some years ago she bought a great pair of glasses from LensCrafters at Chinook Centre. She looks wonderful in these glasses and the prescription still works for her. But this morning, in the newness of starting her day in a new place one of the lenses fell out. She was distraught when I came in to visit. I reminded my mother how great the customer service is at LensCrafters. She was relieved when I said I’d drive right over. And sure enough as soon as I got there Sharmin took a look at the glasses and put the lens back in place in less than 5 minutes! I’m on my way back to my mother now and it will really make her day to be able to see the world again through both lenses of her beautiful glasses. On behalf of my mother, Maxine, and myself, thank you, Sharmin! Thank you, LensCrafters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to LensCrafters to check out some possible options for my first pair of glasses. Ciara gave me some great advice for picking frames, and I found several that I liked! I really appreciated her help, the tips she gave made the whole process picking frames so much more fun, when on my own I would have felt lost and probably frustrated not knowing where to start. I'm a lot happier about the prospect of getting glasses because of her friendly and honest pointers.

I am giving this 4 stars because honestly my experience in the store with people was fine, they were very respectful of my space and my speed at decision making. They also accommodated me checking other stores etc. Top to bottom experience from the people was very good.
However, Lenscrafters the brand is the most expensive, outdated, frustrating company to buy glasses from. If there wasn't a brand and style war between companies I'd never have considered coming in. My partner is picky about glasses types so it is hard to find a match. No website to browse through the pandemic safely. Minimal options and highest price compared to brands like clearly. Just ridiculous. But again the staff was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently (Feb.'22) I went to LensCrafters Chinook for 2 new pairs of glasses - my every day progression lenses and a pair of glasses for computer use. It was a bit of a complicated process initially because neither one of them seemed to fit me 100%. The lenses were good but not great. Sensing my slight disappointment the team at the store insisted that the glasses should be 100% perfect for me. That there was a way of making this right. They listened to my comments, asked me further questions, confirmed the initial assessment, and ordered new lenses to be made. Now I have glasses that have surpassed my expectations with a 100% clear vision. LensCrafters did not let this one slide under the door. I was truly impressed with the service (and product) that I got. A special thanks to Tracy & Devanshi who worked hard to make sure we got his right! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has her optometrist here, but I'm not writing a review for that.
I brought in a pair of her designer sunglasses that had the hinge screw fall out on one of the arms and asked them if they had a screw that would fit it (it is fairly long compared to regular glasses and most sunglasses). They were able to repair the glasses and even declined when I offered to pay them for the fix.
Great customer service and I know why my wife likes the people who work here so much. Definitely not what I was expecting from a place in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection and friendly associates. So far all the branches we have been too are super friendly and they let you take your time to navigate and pick and try on then they sanitize and wipe down everything, I have seen them doing that multiple times. Very clean store.
