★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 experience. Friendly, professional and efficient. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to do an eye exam for me on the spot. Svitlana took one look at my prescription and my face and new the exact glasses frame that would work best for me. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. Everything moved very quickly and efficiently. Pricing was great as well. Best service I’ve had anywhere. Great job to Svitlana and the rest of the clearly team.

I was helped by Lamia on one occasion and Sandra on another and both took the time to ensure i picked the perfect pairs of frames and lenses and then ensured they fit correctly! Would recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and great prices and selection.

She was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable, really made it so we had a pleasant experience since neither of us had much experience shopping for glasses. 10 out of 10 recommend this location, the store and Sandra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By recommendations of a few people I went to Clearly to get glasses. I have high prescriptions and a wide face. Getting glasses has always been a pain in my behind and my wallet. Even after those who recommended Clearly to me told me the price is super awesome, I was still surprised by the cost! I ended up getting 2 pairs so I can have a pair! Lisset was super helpful and professional!! The glasses will be mailed to me directly and I can always bring them back for adjustments. I'm waiting for them to come and try them out, but so far 10/10 recommended!

First of all, selection is great, and the range of prices is really excellent. Yes they have designer frames, but they also have really affordable frames for people on a budget. And watch for their sales, they have excellent special pricing at lots of times throughout the year.
Second, their people are the best. Every one of their staff members I've interacted with has been top-notch. A special shout out to Sandra, who is really knowledgeable and has a great eye for frames. We knew in minutes which two pairs of glasses I was going to buy. But she didn't pressure me, she let me look at some other frames, but her first recommendations were already perfect. She's great with people, and really encouraging when it comes to finding your own style and how bold you want to be in your choice.
I also took advantage of their independent optometrists in store, and Dr. Emily was great.
Also, Clearly will take care of you if anything goes wrong. I had a hard time with a previous pair of glasses I bought, nothing they did wrong, they just sat a little too close to my eyes for comfort. They didn't hassle me over the return, and the people in store helped me process it.
I've now bought two new pairs of glasses that I am absolutely thrilled with. Great price, great service, I definitely recommend Clearly in Chinook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in today, a Sunday, around lunch time and the store was already busy but we only had to wait a couple of minutes and we were quickly seen by Sandra. She was extremely helpful and with her help I found a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses to go with my prescription within a matter of 15 minutes as she was very helpful knowing what would look good with my face shape. Another 10 minutes or so to go over the options for the lenses and talking about what would be a good upgrade and why, the order was put together and with a substantial discount with the current sale I came in around $5 under my limit for insurance.
I am extremely happy with my visit to the store and having the professional assistance that Sandra provided. The whole experience was painless which really helps with my anxiety. I will definitely come back here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLEARLY IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE GLASS!!
I bought my glasses near Black Friday and it was around $250 for a pair of prescriptions glasses and sun glasses!!
The manager her name is Svitlana was very patient with me when I first came in the store asking about the price. I went every where around the mall to compare about the price, CLEARLY was the best. So I book my appointment with Dr. Glen for an exam and I got $20 credit towards my glasses in clearly. I got my glasses through mail and it arrived a week early! I am very excited with my new glasses.
My girlfriend also ended up getting her exam with Dr. Emily. Svitlana was there to help her get a new pair of Ray-ban glasses!
I hope to see more of the Ray-ban section, some of the Ray-ban frame that we like was too small.
But overall was very a pleasure to shop here, thank you so much again Svitlana!
