★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Customer service. I was looking to purchase some timberland boots. I noticed on the price tag that the boots were $40.00 more expensive than at the Foot Locker across the hallway. When I mentioned that to the worker, he replied with a "YUP" and walked away.
I was shocked that they wouldn't offer a price match or a discount. They didn't even ask me if I wanted a size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and excellent management. Had an issue with a manufactors defect in shoes for my daughter. Management handled the issue quickly and efficiently. Replacement shoes are being delivered right to our door. I will continue to buy myself and my kids shoes from journeys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good collections of shoes and backpacks. Staff are really friendly but they over do it, because they are standing right by the entrance waiting for customers, and as soon as you enter someone asks you if you need help without letting you look first, and after you tell them you are just looking a minute after they ask you again, for me it was an uncomfortable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned some shoes where the stitching was coming apart. Bearded manager guy said he couldn't refund so I picked out some different cheaper shoes. They recommended I spend the remaining 10$ balance on some socks. This ended up costing me money so I declined the socks. They ended up putting the 10$ on a gift card. The manager told me he was 'over it'. He shouted twice as he walked away. 'Over it, over it'. Well big guy, I'm over your store and your awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times and have always had great experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection. A couple of weeks ago I bought some boots and a buckle broke, and the staff helped me with no problems at all. They didn't have a new pair of my size in stock, and have ordered me a new one which should be here in a day or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positing this review solely because the clerk refused my return until I gave her an email address. Gave them a bogus email and asked “so if a 95 year old grandma with no email bought shoes here and tried to return them then what”. She said nope no return. An email address is not required as a consumer to make or return a purchase. Get your heads on straight Journeys!
