★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was in the store a week ago and I was being helped by a woman with black curly hair and glasses. She made me feel very uncomfortable about what size I was asking for. Instead of letting me try on what I asked for I was forced to try on multiple smaller sizes. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and my self esteem went so low. I was contemplating on buying the jeans but she kept pushing it so I decided to get it. This has been one of the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’m never coming back to this store again . 1/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this store a couple month or so ago and I have to say I had the worst experience ever! The older lady with the glasses, who I can only assume is the manager by the way she felt the need to insert herself into every conversation, was extremely unprofessional. She would force sizes on me and my daughter we were not comfortable trying but she gave us no choice. Originally one of the young boys was helping us out but like I said this lady just had to take over and start being pushy.
Not only that but at the register she also tried to sell me one of those student card things for my daughter. Her exact words were “we force you to buy them” which I find rude and not classy a bit. Honestly I would not shop here again and I don’t recommend it unless you are prepared to be pushed into feeling pressured to buy jeans that don’t fit. totally uncool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter was in this store last night and bought some shorts from this store last night and went to return them earlier today. She unfortunately did not have her receipt with her and said she was told by the girl in the messy blonde/brown long hair that there was nothing the store could do for her. And was just sent away very unprofessionally.
Luckily another girl chased her down and told her that actually they could do the return? I’m not sure why this store is operating so confusingly? But thank goodness for that other girl who actually took the time to help her instead of just being rude to her. No wonder this store has such a low score. I’m never sending anyone to shop here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is terrible. I had an issues with my purchase and apparently it’s something the manager has to go over with me. But every time I take time out of my day to come to this store the manager is never available. I think maybe they are just a cowards. I go in I ask the staff and they give me the same answer “she’s not in right now but she should be back soon” does this person ever work? One day I had enough and asked the guy where the manager is I was told “she’s on her smoke break” is this always the case????? How many smoke breaks does one person need??? Does this company realize they are paying they’re person in charge to never be available??? This place is the absolute worst I even pity the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a really nice collection of clothes, staff are friendly but sometimes they over do it every time I go to the store, one of their sales person is constantly asking me if I need help, while I'm looking at the clothes. I know it's their job but it makes me uncomfortable and it makes me not want to go back to the store. Besides all that the clothes are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I came into this store to shop for jeans for stampede and it is not usually a fun experience. The blond woman helping me out seemed very nice at first but I found she spent all her time with me and completely ignored her female customers. It was nice to have help but I felt bad for the girl she was helping before me. She just kept leaving her and talking very insensitively towards her. Plus I had the feeling this blond woman was kind of hitting on me a bit as she kept asking me about what gym I go to and what not, it just felt a little too flirty for someone to be with a customer. And sorry hunny but I don't like the ladies like that.
