★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my iPhone here about a week ago for a screen repair and agreed to pay over $200 dollars to get my screen replaced. Unfortunately, I had to fly out for work that same day. That day I noticed the screen was not functioning properly. I decided to bring the phone today to get some customer service. The screen did have a small crack in the bottom which was caused by me but problems were occurring way before this happened!
The screen was less then two weeks old and they would not help or try to provide quality customer service but instead give me reasons why it happened. Also , these reasons were not explained before hand when I first got the phone replaced. This place is over priced and the customer service is terrible. Go to the mall, save your money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I wanted was an I-phone battery replacement but you can't call to get a price on anything, so you drive to the store thinking that it must be a good price with all the good reviews. Nope, their price was 40% higher then the Apple store and 50% higher then the mobile I-phone repair. I didn't check other prices until after I had the work done and was told it was cheaper elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be going back there. I guess that's why they don't answer the phones because then you'll see how expensive they are. Once you drive there you're attitude is "well I'm here it must be competively priced so I'll just get it done here" Don't waste your time driving there just check out other places and you'll save money. They do get one star because the staff was friendly and he seemed to do a good job (time will tell).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company for 3 or 4 phone repairs, on the last one that cost me $800 by the time I got the phone home and put The SIM card in it it did not work
Make make sure your phone works 100% before leaving this place as they would not offer me any warranty on my phone repairs.
I even offered to do a 50/50 splut on the loss and the owner would not do it.
He did not care about the fact that I was going to leave a negative Google review and was happy to have my money it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regardless of whom is working on any given day here, you will be served by knowledgeable staff.
I was initially served by Taylor and found him to be so proactively helpful that i had no troubles committing to having them repair/replace my screen on my Samsung phone.
They took a few hours so I brought my phone on a Sunday morning and had it back by 1pm. They grant a 30 day parts and labour guarantee (which I hope I don't need) which other shops don't have.
They have top of the line accessories too. So no grey parts and shoddy work here. Only top of the line parts and craftsmanship.
Suggestion - this shop should get themselves added to the too of the pylon sign so it is easy to see it coming up on the busy main road. Right now Kings Glass is much more visible.
