I brought my water-damaged phone to find out what has been damaged and how it could be fixed. They told me that they would assess the damage and let me know about their findings for a fee of $30 within a period of 24 hours. They kept the phone for two days. Upon inquiry, I was told that they still have to start assessing the damage. However, surprisingly, just 30 minutes after my call, they called back and advised me that my phone was irreparable. I tried to inquire what has been assessed, but they did not have any explanation of their findings. I went to pick up the phone and again insisted that I would like to know what they have found out. They had no idea of the damage, however, asked me to pay $30. I paid $30, and took my phone to another repair shop, who fixed the phone that I am still using. My concern is with the integrity, honesty, and commitment of the business. If they were unable to find out what was wrong with the phone, and did not know how to fix it, they must not have charged their client. And that they must have honored the time-frame promised for the assessment.

I had gotten my iPhone screen replaced at this store after dropping it. The price to replace it was what it actually cost at apple. But decided just to go for it because its a minute walk from my house. When I returned to the store, my phone was fixed. But upon examining it, there was a scratch on the screen. When I questioned the guy about it he said that was the only one they had. The employee did not phone me on my alternate number, or email me to inquire if this was okay. To top this all off, the store was unwilling to offer any discount for the scratched screen. The only thing I could do was to pay up or have the (now) angry employee take apart my phone again. I wasn't willing to do this incase he was going to do a poor job. All in all, I would not recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy for MANY devices over the span of several years. IPhix is always prompt in answering questions and calls it is. I have benefited from their advise on buying devices, as well as repairs. I am grateful not to have wasted money on repairs that would have ended up as replacements anyways. Most amazingly, Cindy helped a friend out with a screen replacement for her daughters new iPad that had accidentally been dropped. I have no problem referring IPhix to anyone needing repairs or new devices!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY REPAIR. I went in to get my phone screen repaired and both Sanjay and Rushi greeted me in a very professional and respectful manner. The repair completed on my phone was of great quality (I cant tell the difference between the original phone and the repaired phone) and was done in a very timely manner. Would recommend getting all your phone repair work done from here!!

Chad was very helpful with my questions concerning the Telus BIB program. From start to finish the process was simple and quick. I was able to pick the phone I wanted and receive it within a couple days. Very professional. Definitely recommend this location.

Received a defective screen replacement from iPhix. The screen was never properly affixed and light from the phone escaped the side of the screen. I was told it would not be a major issue and I should not be concerned. I was in a rush so I left and trusted the employee at their word. The condition worsened to the point where the camera was no longer usable and the screen went black. They have a 60 day warranty and the screen went totally black after this warranty expired, to my detriment. When I called to discuss, I was told "customer satisfaction is our priority" but when I got to the store, I was shown a "post installation checklist", which I did not sign and which was never reviewed with me, however, one of the employees filled it out for their records (not surprisingly this employee is no longer there). With this rationale, I was told I would have to pay for the full cost of this repair again and what's more I was told the customer must PROVE the repair was faulty, otherwise it is not their responsibility. That is not my definition of customer service. Why would I be lured to the store on the premise they would complete the repair at their cost only to switch gears when I already made the drive? How did the camera get to the point it was so dirty I could not use it if not for a defective installation? Is this something I could have done? Is that not proof in and of itself? Why was this checklist created without my signature or knowledge? SHADY SHADY SHADY! This business is a total scam. Don't get played like I did, take your phone to a reputable business.

I went there with no expectations of getting a phone plan, but Telus and Roberto hooked me up on an awesome plan with tons of data! They were really experienced super knowledgeable and so friendly! I can now start rebuilding my credit! Thanks Roberto!!!!
