Sadly he couldn’t help with the activation fees, however a phone call fixed that.
Otherwise just time entering information and we are off to a better plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just transferred my services to telus. Telus had sent me a faulty sim card so I went to Wireless City to get help with activating my sim. Lindsey was so helpful and so patient. She was on the phone with a Telus agent for over an hour helping me activate my sim card.
If you need someone knowledgeable, patient, and kind to help you with telus EPP issues. Or need any EPP services done go to wireless city and ask for Lindsey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially had nothing bad to say about my transaction at the store. The employee who helped me was nice enough. When I got my phone bill, the cost was more than what we discussed. I went back to the store after being directed to by Telus and the employee in question denied what we have talked about. I understand we are human and make mistakes but to dismiss what was said isn't professional.
