★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a Thursday for the dinner for 2 special. It was a great deal for like $45 you get an appie, main for 2 and dessert. We chose the mussels as the appie. It was so good but the bread that it came with was a shock to our tastebuds. It was as if someone had spilled a bottle of salt on the top. Wasn't edible at all. We also ordered the escargot. It came capped with mushrooms and cheese. It was delicious. The mushrooms were so good with the escargot. Pieces of bread came with this dish too but it didn't have the salt problem but it also didn't have butter on it either. It was just plain toasted bread. We didn't mind this and used the bread for to soak up the soup from the mussels.
The main came with 2 lobster tails, 3 kinds of shrimps, scallop and 2 sides. Everything tasted ok but the texture of one of the lobster tails and scallops seemed undercooked. My husband didn't mind it so he ate it. The dessert was chocolate cake and ice cream. It was good but very rich.
The restaurant was super loud as every table was a family with at least 2 children. Service was fast, we were in and out in an hour. The employees still wore masks which we appreciated.

Tip: they're reducing their menu size from the big binder to just a couple of pages. There are a few dishes no longer on the shortened menu. Don't be afraid to ask if they can still prepare a menu item that you can't see on the reduced menu anymore, like popcorn shrimp for example. We asked and they were able to prepare it still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit here was like 5 years ago and I ordered lobsters. It was a nice date night experience with my husband back then, my lobsters were cracked open for me by our server and gave great service to us, but this year it was a disappointment. I ordered lobsters again and it was a take out this time. Although it tasted ok (could've tasted better), the lobsters were dry and overcooked. It was too chewy and was hard to swallow. Kids meal was disappointing too. The way it was presented from their menu online is way far different from our order. Popcorn shrimp looked big and crunchy from the website. Our order had few tiny, lightly to almost no breading at all. It makes me wonder now if they cook take outs differently. Because if we did dine in, I believe no restaurant would ever serve shrunken lobsters and shrimps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firsr time for my son and I at Red Lobster MacLeod location and let me tell you something....WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND LUNCH. We came to celebrate my son's birthday and our server Romer was so kind, generous and very polite. The food was delicious and we got everything we ordered no more than 10mins, biscuits, Lobster-Artichoke dip, coconut shrimp, Lobster tail with mashpotato, popcorn shrimp with fries and a delicious ice cream for the birthday boy. I totally recommend this location . ? We loved it ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous and friendly staff and upbeat atmosphere. Everything was really good; but scallops needed just another little bit. Love the tabletop console to look over your bill, pay and even play some games ? I also like the idea of your receipt being emailed to you. We come out a couple times of year and are always more than satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red Lobster was an absolute delight! It was my first time visiting (after sampling a couple other restaurants in Calgary) and I was absolutely floored by the portions we received. Ashley is a great waiter and made us feel comfortable. I liked the ambience and the meals were really really tasty. I'll definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend the Brownie Overboard dessert.
