★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the new location, and it's one of the few places to get some of this equipment. You don't need to be a professional to find useful utensils and gadgets (I'm just a home cook myself). I have had a hard time getting personal assistance at the store, but they are relatively responsive to email. I like to just walk through and browse sometimes. If only my home kitchen were large enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of common household and also business kitchen appliances and tools, including dinnerware sets, larger sized pots and pans, scales and thermometers, hair nets and other misc./janitorial supplies. The staff were helpful when I inquired. The prices kind of vary and i am unaware of any discounts or sales on any of the items unless it is discontinued or last one of the brand etc. I like that they open earlier in the morning though.
