Home-Rail Calgary came in with a really great price compared to the others so I decided to buy from them. They were very responsive to my emails and answered in a timely manner. The business is run out of an older building in SE Calgary and the showroom is not fancy but you can see and touch the assembled products. I prefer this kind of business as I know they invest in their products more than fancy showrooms and buildings. The product quality was excellent and assembly was easy. Once I had most of the railings installed, I realized I needed one more post and some more lag bolts. I went back to Home-Rail and they provided me the missing pieces for no additional cost! This company is one of those rare businesses where you have great prices, great product and great customer service. I am already telling everyone I can about my fantastic experience at Home-Rail Calgary!
