Mixed experience there today, floor staff super friendly and helpful , but the older lady on the till was super rude and condencsending, shouldn't be working with the public, needs retrain or to work in a non customer service role.

The space is really small and hard to navigate when busy, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered a coffee table and picked it up in store. Went to put it together and it’s damaged. When I went to exchange it they said it would be another 3-5 weeks. They had a perfectly functional demo model I was willing to exchange it for but that wasn’t an option. Also couldn’t get it shipped to my house because it was a β€˜replacement order’. Absolutely terrible customer service policies. Just cancelled the order because they don’t deserve my money and they definitely don’t deserve yours.

All I can say is, yikes! Was at this location this weekend and we easily waited in line to pay for 30 minutes. One cashier was having issues with her till the other cashier was holding the line up as staff were looking for a ladies item (which said they had stock of and they didn’t, so this poor lady paid, wasted her time waiting for said item to walk out without her item). Several staff members standing around not helping people with online orders which was congesting the lineup even more. The checkout area is a cluttered nightmare. Even to leave our items and walk out you have to try and sneak by other people waiting to pay and when they have carts it’s nearly impossible! Would be nice if the main door allowed people to exit as well. Overall not a great experience, definitely not in a rush to return.

I wish I had read the online ordering/shipping reviews prior to placing my order! I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise & paid about $44.00 in shipping fees only to be waiting weeks and weeks and I’m in the next province. I could have driven there, came home multiple times over! It’s no wonder this store is failing miserably, there’s no need to take 12 business days to create a shipping label, especially when Bouclair is charging the customer freight! It’s now going on 18 days & still no shipment. They will never get my business again.

Would like to give stores different opportunities, but alas after being in this store epic fail for customer service. 4 times in the last month I have been in this store and until the other day while leaving the store, no one said anything, the staff all looked at me but said nothing. Not even a hello. The only person to say anything was the cashier to have a great day as I was leaving. I was gonna say something, but I only said thank you, you too. Only because this young woman, a high-school student, is clearly working minimum wage and she did her part. Unlike the rest of the staff that were chitchatting about days off and ignoring people. I am not the only one. If this was my staff I would most definitely be disappointed. As a customer I will not be to shop here anymore. Merely to go in and see if there might be something that might inspire me to decorate with, and even then that would be a stretch. I have never had this issue with the stores in Ottawa. So Heritage Bouclair what gives?

I ordered an item online on April 24 to pick up at the store and they gave me a delivery date of the next day. I assumed it would be from stock at that store. When I went to pick it up the next day, I was informed it was to be shipped from down east. I emailed them and was given a date of 10 days later. It did not arrive then, so i emailed again and was given another false date. It finally arrived May 27. There customer service is terrible. I cannot recommend shopping with them.
