Our first experience walking into Perfect Homes in Calgary, we were met by Kim with a friendly warm smile, no hassle attitude, and a great knowledge of all the products. We returned months later being met with same warm smile and furnished our entire new home! Great selection, friendly staff, excellent experience.

After viewing similar items at nearby stores we were pleasantly surprised by the superior choices at this store. Our salesperson was very helpful and informative with no pressure to purchase. Our chair of choice was not in stock and had to be factory made. This store gave us a price guarantee as well as a date for full refund if the product did not arrive by a specific agreed upon date. Happily they called yesterday to inform us our chair would arrive a month earlier than anticipated. Thank you to our salesperson Jeni Ramchuk for a very pleasant shopping experience. I would like to add that Jeni was a new employee at Perfect Home and we were her first transaction. She promises to be a great asset to Perfect Home Furniture.

I found the store well organized and the quality of their products much better than I had expected. The staff was respectful letting us look around and easy to find when we needed help. I was dreading shopping for furniture because in most stores it’s so hard to be left alone to browse until ready to ask for more information. This experience was better than previous at other stores. It’s still disappointing that we have to wait for our new dining set but this is pretty much ubiquitous in the industry even prior to covid. I’m hoping the furniture will arrive on time.

I needed 4 couches and since we were renovating the place, I had to imagine everything and that of course takes time to put everything together in head. Anyway, so I took my time n Debbie made my experience even better by suggesting and sharing options. She answered all the questions i had (and trust me I had many) and then left me to explore things on my own. I like it when staff doesn't follow me in every corner. Delivery was scheduled and delivery staff was also very nice n followed instructions.

I ended buying a sectional from this store for a higher price as they had it in stock (pretty sure , prices were increased due to this and the demand). After delivery , the one piece of the sectional was damaged on the corner. I called the store same day , I was instructed to email them and it would be forwarded to the warranty department (here we go) passing the puck with a few hour old sectional. It took over a week for a warranty rep to call me , they informed me they would have to come and pick up the damaged piece and take back to warehouse. This was beginning of March. I was told I would have back in a week! I called the store to check the status and perhaps order another piece for the sectional, (the quote was outrageous) so I passed on that. I was told they would look into the damaged piece with warranty. It is now Easter weekend and I’m entertaining with only half my sectional and no communication. This product was from Dynasty, which is a Canadian made product, I try to support Canadian companies and products but the service from both the store and Dynasty company has been unsettling especially with the prices they changed. I have a love seat with chaise and it cost me $3,800. Currently only the little love seat is occupying my living room.

She made the procedure so much easier by offering us excellent and practical advise, and even listened to us babble on and on about our dream furniture! She was very honest about the sectionals in stock, and helped us find our dream couch that suited our needs. Everytime we sit down, we are incredibly grateful we have a comfy couch! Without a doubt, the level of service is that of which I have never seen.

Great tool The pricing is fair and North American construction assures me of quality. Knowing a rough idea of what we were looking for, we hoped Perfect Home Furniture could be the answer to our needs, and that it was. With an excellent selection of couches and love sets, it was clear we found the perfect place to find our dream furniture. The customer service was absolutely exquisite. Jasmin, one of the employees, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond! From giving us great and practical advice, helping us get a grasp of the loveseats and colour palates we truly desired, to being very personable, she made the experience so much easier. Definitely the most positive experience I've had with a salesperson. Will be definitely recommending to family and friends. If you need furniture, you need to visit this store
