Our salesperson, Prince, has been great. He listened to what we wanted and showed us what we were after. Very personable in a genuinely caring manner. The selection at the Heritage location was just right. Not too big, but we had options that were difficult to choose between. I appreciate the quality of the Canadian products they sell. If you shop at The Brick, then you may not appreciate the value in the Ashley experience.

The product quality is poor and the after-sales service is worse. I moved to Calgary and bought several pieces of furniture in this store, all of which had quality problems. Moreover, the attitude of after-sales service is very poor. No staff contacted me for a long time after I complained about the problem. I put forward to return money, they say according to the company regulation want to charge certain proportion of fine, I do not know they with what their mistake return so hard spirit! I swore I would never buy anything from them again.

Neal was amazing. I had very specific needs for furniture for my disabled husband and he just kept looking and finding out what was available and what was not. It took some time but I bought seven pieces of furniture. The prices were reasonable and the delivery is in a few days. I was thrilled to get everything I wanted in one store. The manager was also very nice and I had a very positive experience in this store. I would absolutely purchase from Neal again. And my husband is pleased that I was able to get what he needed without a lot of hassle and frustration. So ask for Neal. He knows his business very well.

Prince was an excellent salesman. He gave us our space but was very helpful. He also made sure we got what we wanted without pushing more onto us; enticing us to make a purchase at this store. Jess was also great and delivered good customer service when we had to finalize the payment.

I have order 2 items from Ashley Furniture. A coffee table (which was delivered quickly and I’ve loved) and a couch that arrived today. The delivery team was amazing, originally it seemed my couch wasn’t going to fit in my apartment and they were claiming it as a β€œno fit” (nothing could be done, I understood). But after measuring they decided to try again and it worked! I am so grateful for the two guys that came and helped today! I can finally lounge!

I recently purchased a couch set from Ashley’s Home Store and got my last couch delivered on Thursday, Sept 23rd. I was not aware of the damage done to my wall until I signed for the couch. I called customer service within an hour of my couch being delivered and they declined to help me in any way because I signed for my couch before reporting the damage done to my wall. I was unaware of the damage because I was looking after my child and I trusted the delivery team in my new home. To completely deny the damage when the pictures clearly show that there is lint from the couch stuck in the abrasions done to my wall is ridiculous and infuriating. I am very disappointed with my customer service experience. What makes my situation more frustrating is the silent treatment I am receiving from their head office after emailing them over 4 days ago. I have yet to furnish the rest of my home and I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase anything from Ashley’s don’t sign for your furniture until you have checked your walls and floors for any damage. Not only did I pay over $3000 dollars for my couches; I know have to pay out of pocket for someone to fix my wall.

We dealt with Ibrahim and he was amazing. He let us look around for a while and I guess he was watching us because he came and started showing us pieces that were both available and the style we were looking for. The girls that helped us with the payment and delivery scheduling were a pleasure to deal with as well. The store owner also came to introduce himself and thank us for shopping there which was very nice. Over all probably the best furniture shopping experience we’ve had (and we were shopping with our 2 kids who are both under 2 years old so that’s saying something to the service we got)

Fraudulent practices! They sell new products from their tablet at store and deliver used and broken products. They will make you sign a document where they will retain 25% of your payment if you want to return the product, you sign because you are expecting a high quality new furniture as you can see at their store. All you will get is broken and used furnitures, with no rights to have a full refund. The leg of the desk is described as bronze, but the legs are black and this desk was definitely used. They keep selling broken furnitures and retaining 25% of the sales from the refunds. Check other reviews, you will see the scam.
