B	B E A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service - Lovely Furniture. What a disappointment. I have never neglected at a store - particularly when I’m on a mission to purchase. Other than a quick “hello”from the receptionist, I was completely ignored throughout my 30 minutes trying to shop. - Not once was I asked if I needed assistance. - Not once was I offered a hand. - Not once was I asked if I’d like to speak with someone. The store was practically empty. In fact, 2 staff ladies (I think one perhaps a manager) walked right past me speaking to one another… while managing to completely ignore me… not even a smile or a glance. Now, what makes this disconcerting are the potential “why’s” behind this atrocious service: - Could it be because I had just come off a flight and was not my usual polished self? - Could it be because I am a young woman? A single woman? A woman of Color? - Could it be because all these things made them think I couldn’t afford their furniture and therefore didn’t deserve service? - Is it a coincidence that only other folks in the store, 2 caucasian couples aged 50+, were getting excellent service? Never before have I left a public review however, my experience here was disappointing enough that I thought it must be shared. Hopefully Bondar’s staff and management will treat the next young person of color that goes through their doors better - needless to say, it won’t be me… I’ll need to find another Stickley and Stressless distributor.

Some of our favourite items include the Robin & Bruce sectional, ALF bed, and Trica coffee table. We really appreciated the in-store experience, and the help we received to find the right furniture for our needs. The kid-proof material is amazing (as you will discover on your first whoopsie) and 8 months in, we still love everything we purchased. The delivery service to Kelowna was fast, friendly, and they even set everything up for us. Thanks again, we'll definitely be back!
M	Madison Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Promises, promises, promises”. We are now waiting 9 months for furniture we were told would take 6-8 weeks. Not one phone call to update us that things have been delayed, we have to phone in each time and find out. 0 integrity. Sales person continues to blame the shipping delays on the sideways ship in the Suez canal… And the Texas freeze out… Would be happy if Bondars followed through on at least one commitment they have made. Extremely high prices for extremely terrible service… I hope the couch is worth it. If it ever gets here. Take your business elsewhere & save yourself the headache

Due to COVID and supply chain the couch took several months, which is understandable. Happy to have a made in USA piece in our house for years to come!
V	Vickie Chase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so disappointed in the service from Bondars. Prior to placing our order for our new couch and ottoman in April there was almost daily contact. I actually had 17 incoming emails from Sharon. However, once the order was placed we didn’t hear anything. I had to send an email asking for any update on delivery. When I did get a reply to my email we were told it was delayed (which we expected due to the current situation), but for no one to reach out? We did get our couch in October. When we received our couch and ottoman we noticed markings on the ottoman. We called and were put through to customer service. Worth saying we have not heard a peep from our sales person since she put us through to customer service in October. The ottoman alone cost $1200 dollars. We were offered a $130 dollar discount or they would order a new one (basically 10% on the damaged ottoman). We gratefully declined this generous offer (sorry for the sarcasm) and said yes please order a new one. Our concern with a new one is we really don't know if we will want it, as the colour might not match our couch. Having said that, we haven't heard anything from them since December 10th ... at that time they said they would order a new one and let us know a shipping date. It's been almost 3 months now and no communication. No surprise there! This was a big purchase for us and we thought we'd splurge and go to what we thought was a reputable place to get a new couch and good service. Sadly it feels like once the sale was made and they had our money the customer service dropped off to ZERO.
R	Ray Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their showroom such beautiful furnitures inside, classy designs, some timeless. This is on the high end of furnishings but you'll get the quality and design! Francine was really helpful guiding us throughout of our visit and she gave such nice suggestions. Thank you for the welcoming experience and tour of the huge showroom!

We ordered our stressless furniture to Francine in December 2021 and after checking all options very carefully she spent hours with us to make sure we’re choosing the right option. Before setting the contract she let us know about the delivery expectation time of our future and she updated us couple of times during these 6 months. Finally we received them earlier than the expected delivery a bit. The remaining balance payment was very smooth as the staff were understanding and helped me after the work hours. The delivery was even better with very polite and friendly guys. They brought very professionally and on time with a notice call beforehand. I am really excited to use my furniture and it is how I wanted to be. When we order a great furniture from overseas we need to be patient and have other furniture that works at home and wait. I recommend this store to anyone who are looking for a professional service.
