T	Teija Hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service at this location and similar experience at the 130th location as well. My fiancé and I came in to purchase some furniture. When we walked in the three staff at the front all glared at us but didn’t even greet us. Then while we were looking they didn’t come over to ask if we needed help and when we attempted to make eye contact they avoided us. We walked out after being in the store for 10 minutes. Looked like they had some great stuff at good prices but we will be taking our business elsewhere
R	Red Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy furniture from here I bought KINSEY velvet sectional sofa 2 month ago but I am not happy at all, the right chest side is uneven, I noteced that from day one so it is a manufacturing defect, It is not comfortable, literally it is sagging, I am sinking on it, it is too low and weak cheaply made where you sit and the other part where you put the legs is too high and firm. Also their is a noise coming out when I sit. I know I supposed to call them immediately but I throwed the original boxes. I called after 2 months to see if my warranty will cover it. I took a pictures with a description and sent it via email to structure, but they told me that the warranty will not cover this issue. Avoid Structube, would not recommend.?

Almost 6 MONTHS later they're still not here and every time I call I get different answers. This is unacceptable, supply chain issues or not. No discount offered, no recognition that we've been waiting half a year for SIDE TABLES. Never buying from Structube again.
J	Jody S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my first item from Structube and it was the Arnold Sectional Sofa. After 3 months the cushion foam is already showing wear. I contacted their company and they said they could not help me with this, that it was not under warranty and they do not even allow me to buy replacement cushions. At this rate, the couch won't last past 2 years. Just beware of the quality of this specific item. Their website screens reviews so I am not sure if my review for the Arnold Interchangeable Sofa will ever be posted. I had an IKEA couch that was better quality than this one in the past.
R	Richard Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall positive experience purchasing their floor model ANDREW sectional. Manager was eventually willing to knock 10% off due to some pieces and screws fitting together a bit awkwardly. They were able to arrange delivery ($90 charge) by the end of the week and we were actually quite satisfied with the service. I don't have high expectations for the longevity of this sectional given what I've read online but it has held up so far and is quite comfortable. Very comparable to Furniture Extreme and IKEA. A person can sleep on it in a pinch. I have no doubt this will last us at least a couple years given the relatively durable vinyl material. Time will tell.

R	Robert Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to ensure there would be assistance loading the purchased item as my 8 month pregnant wife would be picking it up. They ensured they would help even though it’s against there policy. My wife showed up and attitude was given from shipping and receiving. The man was rude, ignorant and plainly inconsiderate. All she asked for was a little help. I called the manager and excuses were given. People need to be more compassionate and caring. A little help isn’t hard and goes along way. At this point I will not be shopping or ordering from this place again due to lack of consideration thoughtlessness and the response I received from the manager.
