★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying tires from Kal Tire for years and they always have provided great service -- fixing flats, checking air pressure, etc.
Yesterday, they went above and beyond the call of duty! I went to the 11 Street SE location to have my tire pressure checked before my road trip the next morning. They discovered that my tires were dangerously worn and not safe to drive on (risk of a blowout). It was 3:00 pm and they got me in immediately to put on new tires and I didn't have to delay my trip. Thanks so much guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not offer to assist me when my tire was low. I needed to get AMA to assist me. The service advisor just answered my question can you put air in. AMA asked do you have a spare ? They then sent a truck to change my tire. Yay AMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my car for a simple tire change, and it was an absolute pain for them to do. I didn’t have the lug key, and I had TPMS sensors that fused to the valve stems. Just not a great time for any of the techs involved.
The guys were incredibly patient and showed me exactly what the issues were. They managed to get the wheels off and the tires changed, all while providing incredible customer service.
The shop is incredibly clean, both front and back, and the waiting area offers a comfortable place to sit and a good view of your vehicle while it’s being worked on.
I hope my next visit won’t prove as challenging to them, but I will be coming back each season for mine and my family’s tire needs.
