Cam was very detailed and excited when helping me choose the model, colour and warranties; Darren has been diligent in giving me updates about my vehicle build as well as going above and beyond in helping me with my new license plate and registration; Danny was very pleasant and guided me with the car walk through and explained the extra features of the car. This is by far the most pleasant and generous customer service interaction I have ever experienced and the customer loyalty is very much well deserved!

Darren and Danny helped for the rest of the sale and pick-up and they were helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions promptly and even connected with us on the weekend outside of their usual sales hours. Also at any point while waiting for our new car to come in, we were able to email the dealership and they would tell us the status which was so lovely!

The GM, Rick, and his team, Darren (finance) and Steve (sales) were pragmatic, honest, knowledgeable and prepared to help with a variety of services offerings. We feel very comfortable knowing we have warranty fully covering us in case anything goes wrong, and we’re happy knowing that the team there truly cares about their customers and doing the right thing. At no point did we feel we were being upsold or pressured. In fact, Rick encouraged us to take the time to think through our decision! On top of all of that, they got us a great trade in value for our older vehicle. The Kia lineup is exquisite! All the bells and whistles, without the premium price! Even though both of our cars needed to be built they were informing us the whole way through until we got one of our cars this week. Jane took the time to listen to my mother and understood her situation. We found a Niro hybrid that fit my mom's needs and lifestyle perfectly, and the gas mileage is fantastic. I still come back here regularly for maintenance on my vehicles as I know I can trust the service staff to take care of me.
