Jaguar Land Rover Calgary - Calgary

I bought a used car from here early September...the entire sales process went well. I just took that vehicle in today to get serviced for the first time since I've owned it at a dealership down here, and what they found was terrible. Obviously when my vehicle was brought to Jaguar Land Rover Calgary, no body even bothered to look under the hood and check the simplest things. 1) The air filter was installed backwards! 2) The cabin filter was literally squished into it's place...they had to squish it because the one they installed was the wrong size!! Just because my car isn't a luxury car, it should have still been treated as such since I would've recommended this dealership to anyone. Definetly won't be now.

Hey I just bought a used Lexi from this dealership and had an incredible experience. From the time I walked in the door. Receptionist was friendly, professional and efficient. Symon The sale rep was very accommodating. He told us all the information we needed to know. Amanda was amazing at setting up financing and providing us with all the options. Trevor took time to go over all the features with us. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Bought our new car here! Fantastic people, salespeople, sales managers and business managers. Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Great people, professional and accommodating in making it a pleasant and easy buying experience. We live, in Vancouver and the dealership went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and to have the vehicle transported to their affiliated dealership in Langley BC. The Langley Toyota dealership also took care of caring for our vehicle, and had it detailed and ready to be picked up. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They took great care to ensure our needs were met. Great people, we couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Francisco when purchasing my used Range Rover. I also enjoyed working with Melanie on obtaining the extended warranty for the vehicle. Everything was seamless and a very enjoyable process. Daniel K did a great job walking me through the vehicle and their team did a nice detail and exterior polish of the vehicle for delivery. I purchased a used discovery vehicle from Land Rover Jaguar Calgary 2 weeks ago. I was pleased with the customer service on the front end with Rachel & Hayden regarding the negotiation for my trade in and test drives. I also appreciated all the assistance from Celina with financing options. Last but not least, Jacob did a great job with the delivery process. Good folks to work with in an industry that sometimes doesn't live up to customer experience expectations. Thanks team!

What an incredible experience, I am located in Ontario, and this was my first time purchasing a Range Rover. But to top it off, I purchased this Range Rover site unseen and out of province. I randomly called the dealership and spoke with Alex H. He was the salesperson who sold me the vehicle. He was extremely thorough about all the specs features and history of the Velar. He composed a full detail of images and a fully detailed video and live video of the Velar with me. He never hesitated once with regards to weather I was or was not going to purchase this Velar he just took care of the situation as I was unsure about my purchase. After we agreed on numbers -> I was then transferred and introduced to Celina M, Celina is one of the financial managers at the dealership. Not going to lie I was a little worried with all the questions and concerns as per me purchasing a vehicle out of province was going to be, but she made it so easy (thank you so much!), a few of the right question is all it took and Ta-daaa - 2 hours later I was approved, and the paperwork was ready to be signed. Celina M is a very kind woman who asked the right questions and has a great sense of humour that brings out a smile in you through the phone. The paperwork was forwarded to the nearest dealership, in my case a Honda dealership where I signed in front of management to confirm I was whom I said I was, and they forwarded the documents back to Land Rover and yeah- it was that easy! I also worked with her team member who worked on the weekend to confirm the documents were received so thank you as well Chaantal. Once the documents were received the transportation company was called to confirm schedule of pick up and delivery. The Range Rover was pick up a couple days later and delivered to me within 7 days! It arrived flawlessly. The transportation company is extremely professional and caring of your vehicle. I also got to deal with the General Manager Jiri G - wow is all I can say, what an excellent business professional. He made sure that before and after I purchased the Velar that I was happy and the team at The dealership did everything they could to satisfy me. Daniel K the delivery specialist called me today from the dealership to review and go through functionality of the vehicle and how to use many of the features wirelessly from my home as well to go over on how to use some of the technology as this Velar is a Loaded with options. Can’t forget about the admin / receptionist team who took my calls many times- Andrea C, Seasons A , and Olivia G, thank you for your support as well! This will be a lasting business relationship and I’m ready to pre order my second vehicle the next generation of Range Rover in the up coming months. This is the absolute best experience I have ever received and it was all completed in the most kind and professional manner. I recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle. She will definitely give you a perfect car buying experience! Rachel is not only beautiful, but also very professional and patient, she never pushes you to make any decision. Our car buying process was very tedious and involved trading in an old car, and we live in Edmonton. But Rachel managed to take care of all the hassles for us over the phone, helped us find a car we loved, the Land Rover Velar, and got us the best trade-in price! Rachel's professionalism, patience and hard work have raised our love for Land Rover to a very high level. Honestly, this is the kind of service we have only experienced at Jaguar Land Rover Calgary.
