I recently purchased a lightly used Aston Martin with a Timeless Warranty from Distinctive Collection remotely and had it shipped to me. It was a 5 star sales experience with a 1 star delivery experience. My Sales Rep was Symon, who was responsive and thorough with answers to any questions I had. We wrapped the whole process up in about 24 hours. Jade handled the finance/wire transfers and was professional and helpful. Everything seemed to be fine until the car arrived. First, I noticed that the car didn't have any floor mats. Seemed a bit unusual for a car with 2000 miles on it, even if it was used. I asked about the mats and the response was, "Well, the car was used and wasn't returned with any mats". Yes, it was used but but it did seem pretty cheap and petty for the dealer not to replace them on a car that cost $150,000 used. Then, as I started to look further, I noticed that there was no tow hook, no tire sealant, no compressor, none of the equipment for the tire repair kit. I spoke to the dealer. The response from their delivery specialist was "I'm sorry it didn't meet you expectations but the car was returned to us without any of this equipment." My response is "Is it too much to ask that you include basic safety equipment in a slightly used, six figure car, particularly after I just paid you an extra $5300 for you to inspect it and extend the warranty another year." This a dealer of premium cars? Seems more like the response one would get from a wholesaler. Eventually, after some prodding, they said they would send me the missing items. (which they did.) However, It is clear to me they did as little as possible to make sure this car was ready for delivery. Definitely not the service and care I expect from an Aston Martin dealer, nor any car dealer I have dealt with in the past fifteen years It's unforgivable that they knew the tire repair equipment was missing and it just didn't seem like something they should address. The whole thing just makes you wonder how much care they took to inspect the vehicle before they shoved it out the door. There is clearly an issue with the β€œprocess” and management of Distinctive and what they think is superior or even acceptable customer service. We all know that dealer’s expect and sometimes get a good markup when they sell used cars they have taken in on trade. Buyers are expected to pay a bit more for β€œcertified” cars because we expect, and are told, that the cars have been carefully inspected and brought up to a standard when necessary. Ostensibly, the dealer is putting their reputation and the brand’s reputation behind the inspection process. I’ve had great experiences buying sight unseen cars from dealers ( primarily Porsche) in the past. This time, not so much. To end this review on a good note, I will say that Distinctive recommended and arranged a great shipper to transport this car from Canada to the US. The process was very smooth and seamless for me. The car arrived quickly even in the challenging COVID environment.

I cannot say enough about my salesperson Marcos, and the experience I had dealing with him on my purchase of a Bentley. He was very professional and very accommodating as was the entire staff through the purchase and delivery process. The cars were great. And the sales representatives were nice enough. I found they didn't take us too seriously. But I'm sure lots of randoms come to look at cars. So I get it.

Excellent service and excellent staff. Marc was able to find me a car that I wanted which wasn’t even in their inventory. Very easy process and was able to drive away the same day. Professional atmosphere where people are very willing (and capable) of giving you the best service possible. Couldn’t recommend Distinctive Collection more. Don’t hesitate to do business here.

The way car buying should be! Extraordinary selection of cars, and purchasing was a quick and easy experience. Due to COVID and living a distance from Calgary, most of it was done over the phone with Victoria. She was incredibly helpful and professional, and she had everything set up for a test drive before I arrived. Very pleased with the car and the service. It was also a pleasure working with Shawn. Highly recommend this team, and worth the drive.

Not only are the vehicles astoundingly beautiful, but the building is as well. The exterior and interior are spotless, buffed to a shine, yet still inviting. From the upstairs you can gaze down into the showroom to see the Aston Martin and Bentley vehicles from above. It is quiet, but not awkwardly quiet. Just the right ambience to truly appreciate the vehicles. If you are there on the off-chance they are moving one of these beautiful machines, you can hear the roar of the engine amplified by the high ceilings and reflective surfaces. Like when you press down a little extra on the accelerator when you are going into a tunnel. The service lounge is more comfortable than my house, with plush leather chairs and a high-quality refreshments. The service facilities make me feel like a kid in the candy store, with incredible Aston Martin and Bentley vehicles on the hoists. Somehow the shop is spotless, cleanest service area I’ve ever seen. Overall, it’s on-par with a museum; it’s worth the visit just to look, let alone buy.

I have purchased a few cars from Distinctive Collection over the last few years. In particular they helped me get my Special Edition Vantage and were stellar throughout the process. Marcos Russel, manager, has been fantastic to deal with on making the right deal. My sales guys Symon Murray and Thom Gidman are outstanding folks to show you the in's and out's as well as all the fun cars they have. In the backend of the shop Scott Connors, service manager, takes care of my favorite cars and Charlie Brodie makes sure I have all the accessories I might need. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
