Going into a dealer and looking around while also trying to avoid being hassled by some salesman that you don't even want to talk to. It is almost always a nightmare. But this experience was unlike any other experience I have had previously. I got to look around at vehicles without being hassled by 10 different people. When I was finally ready to talk to someone I was greeted instantly. I dealt with a sales person named Omar, who seemed to know exactly what vehicle I wanted even before I did. It's hard trying to figure out what you want to spend $40,000 on. But Omar was very patient with me while I was making a decision. These guys gave me the best deal they could and it really felt like they were going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Maybe I am over-exaggerating a little here, but I just bought a car! So naturally I am a little hyped. Overall I am super happy with my purchase and experience.

He is highly knowledgeable on the Ram product line and was able to answer all of my questions, making sure there were no grey areas. I would highly recommend going through him should you be in the market for a new vehicle. Additionally, Omar was very helpful during the concluding stages when the deal was being finalized. All in all it was a very positive experience.

He answered all our questions and calls promptly and made our transition to the Chrysler Pacifica very easy. While we were not able to initially see it in person (in transit to dealership), we were very comfortable purchasing it, as both Ryan and Sales Manager Eddie both made us very comfortable and assured it was what we needed and wanted in a minivan! We felt so comfortable that we didn’t just buy 1 vehicle, but we purchased 2!!! Highly recommend this dealership if you are in need of a new vehicle!!

Kevin was very accommodating and patient as we tested a variety of options. He didn’t make me feel pressured about decision over another and was informative to my questions and concerns with my best interest in mind first. Omar was also very resourceful in helping me out with finding the Jeep with the most options I could squeeze in my tight budget - even if it wasn’t yet available in the lot. They matched me up with a V8 Summit that checked everything off my list and then some!!! I am more than happy with the deal and I look forward to working with them for my next trade.
