SHE LITERALLY threaten me that she can do anything to me if I compare their store to any other store..No doubt furniture is good but Staff is extremely pathetic. I only asked if i can exchange and buy a bigger one " SHE should not be there anymore

Staff were great and knowing what we were looking for gave us some different options to go with, opened up boxes of stock so we could pick the grain finish we liked best. Top notch customer service.

We were so impressed with their customer services from first contact to completion. My husband and I arrived at Avanica 15 minutes before they closed for the day, they didn't mind staying extra one hour to assist us. We ended up ordering a set of dinning table with chairs, a coffee table, a console table and a entryway bench which I liked the most. It's a cute boat bench that perfect matches our entrance theme. They also offered free delivery. All items were dropped off on time and taken care so well. They made sure to treat the products gently to avoid any damages. We are happy with the purchase and will definitely come back.
