★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING!!! The delivery from this merchant was the worst experience. The delivery men are hired third party according to the XLNC and were very aggressive in moving a sectional that took over 12 weeks to receive. Two men showed up and very aggressively moved our sectional by dropping, dragging and forcefully pushing through doorways. They damaged walls in the process in a brand new condo that we just received possession on. I did contact the store via phone and email with images of the damages and was told that their third party movers denied any damage and advised there was nothing they would do. WARNING - BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful shop. Excellent staff and good quality furniture at reasonable cost. Delivery is very reasonably priced also. Can't fault the delivery men in any way. They were friendly, professional and set up everything efficiently and quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for new furniture. An edit to comment. Dining chairs were on back order and arrived beautifully packed and quickly. Communication from store and delivery drivers was well beyond expectations. A 100% locally owned business who deserve to have more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop today with my wife, and we were serviced by Bernard, we were impressed by his professionalism, Bernard spent almost an hour with us and gave us many useful advices on how to style our new home with the example of their product but never pushed us to buy anything. We really appreciate his help and will definitely go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My parents bought a sofa set, been nothing but problems since day 1. Have returned multiple couches that the spring fell out of. The backs are falling off. traded for 2 chairs that are broken. They picked up the chairs for repair 1 month ago and still no chairs. They won’t give them a refund. Nothing but poor product, poor service and they are without thier furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the rug that they ordered and payed for, but never received. Still waiting they say. How can you leave two older people with no chairs to sit on for a whole month. Absolutely worst service I have ever seen when comes to buying furniture. What kind of brand new couches and chairs need repairs within the first week? Absolute garbage. Stay away from this place

I purchased a respected name brand couch, and the couch looks brand new! My family has enjoyed this comfortable couch, every day, and evening for over a year. The structure of the furniture is solid, the fabric is like new. I am so pleased with this store, I will buy from them in the future. The price was reasonable, the customer service,excellent.
5 stars in every category.
